I purchased 10 of these blinds online, for my four season room. There is a lot of variation between blinds - overall length, color, valance length. This wouldn't be as big an issue if they were not hung next to each other. They are of decent quality for the price. Would have been nice to see consistency from one blind to another. Easy to install.

Store clerk was very helpful. He helped me determine the shade I needed and placed order for me. The shipment arrived in timely manner. Easy installation. Looks very nice. Perfect for what we needed for our upscale rental property.

I love my customized bamboo shades. Great quality and price. And if you don't measure correctly, you can return them within 90 days. Everyone that comes to my house loves them and wants to know where I got them. I tell them that they can order them from home DEPOT.com. I'll be ordering more for all my windows.

The bamboo shades that I received are beautiful. They were easy to hang and the color is so nice.

I used these 5 bamboo shades as 'fronts' for 5 Ethan Allen bookcases - they match almost exactly and helped reduce the look of the clutter of lots and lots of books. I was able to attach each of them to tension rods so as not to damage the bookcases. I have 'before ' photos but will just use an 'After' photo.

I love these shades!! The color is so rich and they are very easy to hand. My only issue is that they were apparently cut to fit my windows and some of the bamboo on the end is broke. It's only visible when the shades are down so I'm not returning them.

These were moderately easy to install. I bought these to block direct sunlight and they work great, make the room nice and dark. Love the dark color! Good quality and really dresses up the window.

We bought these shades to use in a screen porch for a little privacy. They were very easy to install (with two people) and seem to be pretty good quality. One of the six shades we ordered had a split in the wood header, but we were able to attach it by just putting a screw through it, which doesn't show from the room. The price was so reasonable, 5 or 6 times cheaper than similar Bali shades. Don't know how long they will last in the hot, humid weather here, but if we get 3 seasons out of them, we'll be happy.

You can't beat the price. The valance length differ from shade to shade but easy enough to adjust.

I ordered 9 of these. Now if you were ordering 9 wouldn't you think that you'd probably be decorating THE SAME ROOM?? I received this order and installed them in the evening when I realized that the last 2 were extremely dark compared to the others and when I turned on more lights, low and behold, there are 9 different shades of espresso! I went to my local Lemon Grove, CA store where the personnel were busier talking to each other and gave me the run around. Then I was told by the Customer Service desk that I needed to uninstall all of them and bring them back, then they would reorder them and ask that they all be from the same dye lot. WOULDN'T THAT BE WHAT YOU WOULD DO IF YOU RECEIVED AN ORDER FROM THE SAME PERSON FOR 9 BLINDS!! Well, I said, that means that I have NO BLINDS IN 9 OF MY WINDOWS WHILE I WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. Well she didn't care.

Easy to install, great color and price for the shades. We had great customer service. The first set didn't fit, but we were able to send back and get new ones shipped right to our door.

These roman shades looks absolutely stunning in my bay window. Replaced my old white mini blinds with these and the transformation was exactly what I was looking for

These shades are cut to size by the 0.5" increment which is great. The customization took about 3 additional days. However, it was so poorly cut. The cut end has lots of split. This is a darker color shade, the split shows the lighter color material underneath the split. There were only 2 mounting brackets and we feel at 70.5" span there needs to be an additional one in the middle. As a side note, I ordered two of the same on the 10th. Only one was delivered after 13 days. The other one was returned to sender for whatever reason. After 20 days I have 1 of 2 blinds. I did not score low because of the hiccup on the delivery as this has nothing to do with the product itself.

None of the flatweave was damaged. The blind looks great in the kitchen. Easy to install.

I have an under-deck screened porch that was getting early evening direct sunlight. The blinds are attractive and reasonably priced for this location. Installation was not easy - there is a post soldered to the mounting brackets that make it difficult to seat the screws. Instead of being able to use a drill we had to do it by hand.

These blinds are simple, with a quiet elegance. The color is rich, without being too dark, and they block the sunlight without completely obliterating it. The picture attached shows light coming through from the East end, with the blinds up, while the blinds on the South side are down, and minimizing the light, but still keeping the space bright. (And that is Drew Barrymore in 'Charlie's Angels' on the television!)
