Came across this review page as I am attempting to order an extra box of flooring (which I should have done a long time ago) for "just in case" situations. I have nothing but praise on this flooring. I put it down 6 years ago and It still looks good. It sweeps easy and cleans easy with a dab of soapy water and I have not seen a pop, warp, separation, or any issue with it, now I will say maybe because I'm a bachelor and don't have kids running around all day helps keep it looking great. I do have two large goldens who run in an out all the time and I don't get any scratches from them. but don't drag anything heavier than a dropped pillow across it because it will scratch BAD! and EASILY! better have pads under every piece of furniture if you want to slide it an inch, even the rug in my bedroom will scratch if not padded! but I guess after reading the reviews I'm one of the lucky ones with every other issue because I have not had any ( warping, buckling, etc.) the first two pix are when I installed it in june 2016, the pix with the bike is from today. oh yeah and I have installed flooring many times before compared to your average diy homeowner. I was told that could be a factor. thank you all, this was fun.

We loved the look of the flooring! It looks gorgeous! You will not regret getting buying this floor material. This is one of our best purchase when renovating our new home. Easy install btw. I promise you will love this especially for the quality and price.

My husband installed this flooring in our living-room, kitchen, dining and entry area in 2018. Install was easy. It’s a beautiful color and looks great when clean. Within a couple months I was ready for this flooring to be ripped out and replaced with something of better quality. First, it scratches very easily! We have 3 kids and a dog, need I say more. Second, you can see every piece of crumbs and lint, this bothers me soooo bad! Third, the foot prints and smudge marks are very noticeable just from walking across the room. If you love to sweep and mop on the daily, go ahead and buy this flooring! I urge you to go with a lighter color and much better quality flooring.

This floor is amazing! After long research I decided on this flooring, and have no regrets. The planks go together very easily and have a beautiful variety of colors and wood patterns that amaze everyone that sees it. This floor gets 2 thumbs up!

We did our kitchen and dining room 3weeks ago love the feel and the color. Installation was so easy. We will be doing our living room and hallway.

Extreme poor quality. More than half of the planks in the boxes are unusable. It is understandable that this is a natural product, so I wouldn't expect it to be perfect, but the imperfections are beyond acceptable. The product's pictures in the website do show some mild imperfections, but nothing compared to the real thing. We are returning the entire order. This was a huge disappointment, inconvenience, not to mention waste of money and time!

Beautiful flooring. Our contractor treated it similar to solid hardwood floor and had no issues. The surface of the floor is a little slippery when new. Putting down some strategic rugs should help curb that issue.

I very rarely leave product reviews, but we had such disastrous results with this product I felt compelled to warm others. We had this flooring installed throughout the entire home following a fire- initially, it looks absolutely beautiful with a very rich dark color. However, within 3 months, we began to experience severe buckling of the product. We removed much of it and it was reinstalled, ensuring that there was ample room for expansion. 3 months later, we began to have the same buckling issues again- it was so bad that it actually popped the quarter round molding off the baseboard. We also began to notice mystery spots- it appeared that ANY small trace of water would result in the wood layer flaking off and it also scratched very easily. We are small family- two adults and a teenage son with no pets, we are not very hard on the floor- however, after 6 months (much of which we were not living in the home as it is was still being restored) the floor looked to be 3-4 years old. After doing a lot of research, I have come to find that humid weather and bamboo are not a good fit. Since we do live in Florida, it seems like we were fighting a losing battle with this floor. Ultimately, we were quite fortunate that we were able to have the entire flooring replaced as the insurance company conceded to the issues. We ended up install a dark cherry wood like tile (also from Home Depot) and could not be happier with this choice. I leave this review as a warning to anyone seriously considering this product- it appears to be poorly made and does damage quite easily. Perhaps in a different climate things would have been better, but if you live in an area prone to high humidity, I would steer clear!

We recently purchased and remodeled an entire home. We chose the Strand Woven Mahogany 3/8 click bamboo flooring and had it professionally put down through home depot. The floor looks amazing and I'm thrilled with it. Bamboo is a very hard and durable wood. After having wood flooring in all of my houses I have to say that the floating floor feels "softer" on my feet. The only con is that it shows every speck of dirt, mostly litter. We purchased a roomba and it vacuums daily for us now and keeps the floor really clean.

We purchased this flooring and the coordinating transitions. Unfortunately we were not able to use the transitions and had to find a better solution. That required us to have to stain the new transition pieces to match the flooring. We found a stain that was a near perfect match, Varathane - Cognac. The transition pieces were unfinished red oak.

This flooring was very nice at first but after having it installed for about a year, almost all the boards around any opening (bathroom door, sliding door, front door) are starting to warp. I have a humidity controlled AC in my house and this flooring is still warping. I used this throughout my entire house (1000 sqft) except for moisture areas such as bathrooms and kitchen in which I tiled. No water has been on these areas. I don't recommend this product. I live in Florida so my windows are closed almost all year around and the house temperature is regulated. I also used Airguard underlayment to help with airflow under the boards.

I purchased 800 square feet of this Bamboo Flooring. After two days installing the floor, let me tell you that is just perfect! Every single piece worked just right, every click; plank after plank worked as if I was professional installer. I know, I need to install the baseboard yet, but as of right now all my family is really happy with this wooden floor. Oh! did I tell you that my daughters (15 and 17) and I installed the whole 800 square feet?

It looks more cream in the picture but it’s actually a tiny bit more grey then white, still absolutely beautiful in my little all white space :) I used the excess on the top part of one wall and it looks great! Installation was super easy. Though it is bamboo and super light I can tell the boards are really durable. Definitely exceeds my expectations!

Floor is awesome . Went down easy. Has been down a few weeks-living room: 2 kids, 3 big dogs. No scuffs/scratches. I highly recommend this flooring for any active household. If your store carries locally, I recommend getting from them. Mine shipped, cases looked good, yet a lot of damaged pieces (unusable- broken connectors-finish cracked-in the middle not just the ends) Local store took back no issues (that's why I shop with The Home Depot) Besides that - I would totally do this floor in another room.

This floor is beautiful! This floor is super easy to install and work with. I had zero problem with the installation of this floor. During installation I mostly used my hand to tap the boards together and get them locked in. When I used a rubber mallet it would tend to break the lip of the piece being tapped. You can also use a scrap piece to beat on if you have some stubborn pieces that need more than a talking to to get them to cooperate. If you do use a scrap piece to pound on, make sure you don't set the scarp piece against the lip or it'll break off. Once installed the floor looks amazing... until someone walks on it. The floor shows every little bit of dust. My wife and 3 kids walk around in socks or bare foot on this floor. This floor just loves the oil from our feet. If you don't mop/clean this floor every day or other day it will look like it has a big smudge on it. Especially where you sit a lot. This floor scratches crazy easy! It seems to be the wear layer that is scratching because the scratches (assuming they aren't deep) do fade over time. I have had this floor installed since December 2017. Scratches get added and scratches fade. If the scratch is deep though you will want to make sure you have something on hand to fill the deep scratches with. If you can handle the scratching and smudging that you constantly have to deal with you will probably love this floor and give it a 5 star review. The other 5 star reviews I have read seem to be from people who have recently just installed this floor and haven't lived on it yet. The price is low and the product is okay for the price that is paid for it. If I did it again I would spend a little more for a higher quality product.

This was easy to install, as it was click install , i installed with the help of handyman.

I'm really pleased with this product -- easy to install. I've had it for several weeks and it has not scratched yet not even when moving furniture to clean it and in addition I have pets so it seems very durable. The color is beautiful! Easy to clean too !

Great quality and price, I save a small fortune doing the floor myself and it looks fantastic.

The floors look great and added to the warmth of my decor. I have noticed a tiny nick or two in just a few weeks. Otherwise I am very happy with my selection and would recommend to others.

Ordered 14 boxes. Not a single piece was damaged in delivery. Easy to work with, awesome color and durability.

The color is exactly what I was looking for! The wood is durable! I have already dropped several things without any damage! I am very happy with the way it came out!

Easily installed and looks good. Only complaints: 1)packaging was not very substantial. Arrived pretty banged up but planks were not unusable. 2) this is sold as 6 foot planks but several boxes had 2 piece planks consisting of a 4' and a 2' piece.

Very happy with my flooring, have received a lot of compliment. Rich mahogany color and easy to clean.

It looks good on the floor, turned out better than expected, new at flooring so cant determine if it was more difficult than kther flooring.

Easy to install, looks great. Had a few pieces with some flashing left over from the factory machining process that kept the planks from fitting tightly. They were easily removed with a flick of a finger. Mfr had a little delay delivering the product but HD came through and applied a 10% discount.

Packaging perfect Not one defective board Easy to install. Two five-hour days on the weekend and done. Just need to add some shoe molding. Looks fantastic exceeded my expectations! Love the way it looks! Couple minutes with a wet Swiffer mop is all it takes.

Just finished installing a little over 500 sq. ft. (21 cases) in our downstairs living room, dining room, hall, and bedroom/office. I went right over an existing, old, and tired hardwood floor using the recommended underlayment and it came out beautiful. The product was simple to install, hardly found a bad board in the entire batch, and has not shown a mark (even with our cat) or scratch. I ordered this online and picked it up from my local store and everything was as advertised or better. The boxes were well packed, the boards in great shape and they even loaded it for us. One word of advice if you're taking on a project of this size, rent the jam saw to trim all the door jams and other trim so the new floor slides right under. Makes life much easier and beats taking down and reinstalling trim. Great product and a great value.

For the money I paid, this was an incredible value. Completely transformed our room. The process to pick up an order was very easy and the flooring was very easy to put together. I had some help from a neighbor but in this ourselves. My first time going down flooring. Anyone can do it.
