I like the match stick design. They let light in and have some privacy. I don’t have or like drapes so this works for me. I started buying these over the last year, I have 30 windows to cover. The price was good, started out $29, but now $47. The down side, the plastic piece that holds the strings together will open and the strings come out.

Measurements are perfect. Simple installation. This was a replacement for a regular plain white pull shade. The simple switch brought a nice touch to a small bathroom. I was a little surprised that you can still see through the shade a bit, but not enough to really matter...still does the job! Easy to operate.

These shades are absolutely gorgeous in our dining room. They look even better in person than on the website. They have a very smooth action lowering and raising the shade. They filter the light but do not block it entirely and because of that, they are perfect for our space. They actually exceeded my expectations. Plus, they were delivered in just a few days. If you're undecided about buying these shades, I highly recommend that you do!

love these blinds. perfect colors, not too white, not beige just very nice. If I would add anything, it would be to be able to order the blind with the cord on the right or left. I have three windows and cannot reach the one farthest to the right over my sink and wish the cord could be on the left for one of the three. Otherwise love these.

We needed a nice looking shade for our back door, both for privacy and for appearance. This fits the bill beautifully. The natural light-Earth tones of the bamboo weave and cloth fibers give this a pleasant "warmth" in all lighting: daytime, night time, interior electric or exterior sunshine. The raising / lowering mechanism works smoothly, quietly and locks into position securely. This does not sag or droop on one side like other shades I've had. Installation is easy and fast thanks to the clever bracket they include. They also include the screws. Ours is installed onto a metal security door, so I pre-drilled the mounting holes. Once the brackets are in place, you just slide the top wooden bar into the slots and tighten the butterfly or "wing" nuts by hand. I used a power drill, but you could also instal these with just a screwdriver. With the power drill, it only took me about four minutes, and I worked alone. If you have a helping hand, it would be even easier. Over the past few decades, I have installed several dozens of such shades on windows and doors. This is the easiest design for installation so far. It is also one of the nicest looking shades I've seen. These neutral earth tones look good with almost any color scheme. I like the fact that, once the brackets are installed, you can easily remove the shade for cleaning without any tools. Given the classy comforting colors, quality craftsmanship, nice design and easy installation complete with mounting brackets and screws... I'd say this is one of the best bargains ever. HIGHLY recommended!

Valence's on each shade were different lengths and the three together look a bit different. QA/QC not being followed (IMHO).

I love the look of the blinds but the company needs better quality control. I ordered 2 blinds and they are not the same length; one measures 70.5" and the other is 72.75". When you raise the blinds you do not have an even look based on how each blind gathers. Also one blind had an area where the bamboo was cracked off leaving an opening in the pattern. I ordered another blind to replace the damaged one and hopefully it will arrive in good condition. I will return the defective blind to the Home Depot store. I have never had an issue with the service at my local store.

The color is very natural light bamboo, I used this to separate to living areas when needed. Install was easy. Love the 6 inch overlay of the roman shade, adds the extra classy touch! I had no probably with the wing nut, perhaps because I used the washer supplied with it.

These blinds look nice and were easy to install once I went to the hardware store and replaced the wing-nuts. The nuts provided are stamped-brass with a little clip that bends over to hold a nut ... really? The nut fell out as soon as I tried to turn it into place. For $0.16 each I bought good, solid steel nuts in the correct threading. While I was at it, I bought some #6 self-tapping screws to replace the soft brass screws that come with the unit, which made installation a breeze. I'd think that for $25/unit some better hardware could be included. Other than that, they look nice and hang well, and I"m pleased with the purchase

I wasn’t sure what the quality would be when I ordered these but I am very happy with them. They do not totally block out light or views but if you just need a bit of privacy these are perfect, affordable and very easy to install. Attached is a pic of day and night. They were extremely long for my windows, so I reviewed some DIY videos of ways to shorten similar shades and it looked simple enough and luckily it was. There is a wooden edge at the very bottom of this shade which is glued and stapled (see pic). I removed the staples and sliced through the glue to remove the shade and was able to reuse this wooden piece as my new edge once all was shortened and this makes them look very finished (hot glue the cut shade end inside the slat of the wooden piece).

These are great blinds. They are constructed of very fine bamboo with white wash paint. Thus, when they are closed they still let in a warm glow. They do obscure vision through the window. However, they don’t obscure silhouettes so don’t have a light behind you when you’re changing or change right in front of them. As you can see in the picture, you can make out the outline of the neighbors house through the blind. They roll up and down easily. The installation was easy. You just need a Phillips screwdriver and an 1/8 inch drill bit and drill. The light they let in is beautiful and diffused. I’m pleased with the blind.

Easy to assemble and looks exactly like the photo. Fits an Ikea Expedit perfectly. I initially didn't like the tan thread that was woven in, but it's grown on me.

Very nice shades! We are very happy with them! They came packaged nicely, and were easy to hang (Note: there is a video on "how to"). The pull cords work smoothly, a very easy up and down. The inside of our windows measures 30.5, we ordered the 31 inch shades (if you scroll down to read the description you will see that there is a shade size and then the "actual" size). The actual size of the 31 inch shades is 30.5... perfect fit! The color is very neutral and really brightens up the room. They look so clean and neat. The price was right too. Very pretty, very happy!

I have more expensive white bamboo blinds in the main living areas of my house. I ordered this blind for the one window in my bathroom. I LOVE IT more than the expensive ones! It is mostly white with just a HINT of tan in it. This may not work for everyone but it looks great in my bathroom. Great value for the money!

I ordered this shade to hang on a door. It works great. It blocks out tons of light but still allows a little light to come through. It appears to be well made, comes with a valance at the top to cover the hardware and really adds class to my door. It allows you to see out from inside the home but it does not allow to see inside from the outside which is great for privacy.

This is a no frills shade but looks very nice. it looks whiter than some of the images on the website. The images showing a yellow tinge are not accurate. The natural accents give it an upscale modern look. The hardware is nothing special and the build is very simple. If you don't need to pull these up and down a lot then they should last a long while. Don't expect the same hardware you find on a $200 shade. They are Roman style so will pull up in a folding style rather than rolling up. There are metal eyelets on the back to keep the string in place. The string is encased in cloth to keep it from snagging on the reeds. The pictures listed are accurate in regards to how much light they let through.

So I sometimes do things a little differently,With that said this shade is really nice and very easy to install. Comes with all hardware and instructions to install,installation was easy and it looks great.Speaking of installing this was installed on a door not a window,my front door faces the south so sun light can get real bright and annoying so this was my fix and it came out great.

The shades fit perfectly. Easily installed

The cord that raises and lowers the blind broke on the first pull. Now the cord is tangled in such a way that one side will not go all the way down. When I have time I will return it. Great color, poor quality even for such a low price.

I hung this on my porch where it doesn't get rained on, and a month later it is covered in mold. Very disappointed.

I loved the idea of these white washed bamboo blinds, however when I got them out of the box the color was not as expected. There was a lot more natural color in the blinds than what is shown in the photo. Unfortunately I will be returning and looking for something different.

The shades came to us very fast and was a breeze to install. Would recommend to anyone.
