Easy to put together. I like the dark color cherry.

Just what we needed in the corner of the bedroom to hang up pajamas and clothes overnight. Looks great, so easy to put together, and the price was right. My husband is very happy with this and loves the wood color. We had it shipped to our Home Depot, quick delivery too!

This item was easy to assemble.

It is the size and shape I was wanting, but the color is much lighter than the picture portrayed. I probably would have gone with the Cherry if I had known it would be this light. But it is mostly covered up with clothes anyway! Easy to assemble.

My wife wanted to replace another coat rack that had broken. This one was almost perfect match. It arrived quickly and I was in and out of the store pick up in less than ten minutes.

Service at the store and pick-up was fine. Once I got home, I opened the package. One of the small hooks were broken. I did not want to put everything back in the package and drive 45 minutes or an hour to the Fayetteville, NC store. I have a coat rack that does not have one small hook.

I like the coat rack but my wife isn't crazy about it. I wish it had hangers halfway down. Anyway, when there's a winter storm and our clothes get wet, it's very convenient to hang the clothes on the coat rack and put the rack about 8 feet in front of our wood stove to help dry our coats and gloves.

I give this product 4 stars only because I expected a darker finish. It doesn't match the photo online. However, that is not a deal-breaker for me. It's sturdy enough for coats and hats. The top pivots freely enough so that you can spin spindles from back to front to retrieve a coat without reaching around the thing. It went together easily and precisely. I have a similar product that I've had for years and the spot where it pivots is a little crooked. This one is straight as an arrow. But for the shading difference mentioned earlier, this is a 5-star product.

The rack feet are so tight that one didn't completely insert into the base of the pole and split it. Now the rack stands cockeyed

Kind of wobbles and you need to strategically place the coats so it doesn't tip over.

This rack took me 10 minutes to assemble without tools because the pieces essentially twist onto each other. It looks really great in my office and brings a nice formal feel which I was looking for.
