This seems to be a good umbrella - we chose red and I am happy with the color. It is fairly easy to install in our patio table, just follow the directions. When you open the umbrella and want it to tilt, just keep turning the crank and it will tilt. Took me a few minutes to figure that out. Kept stopping too soon. I used a 35 pound base, but I just used this over the weekend and it was a little windy. The umbrella kept turning in the wind, so then it was not blocking the sun properly. However, when we tightened the knob so it would not turn, the wind nearly tipped over the whole table (which is not a large table). I think this would be fine with a heavier table and/or heavier base. May go with 50 lbs. But so far I am happy with it.

So happy I read a review about how to tilt the umbrella. My husband was packing it up to return because it would not tilt. There were no instructions with the order. You have to keep winding the umbrella up until it seems like it will break it then presto- it tilts. We really like it. Gave it a 4 because the pole is cheap looking (imitation wood).
