We received a total of 6 of these now, for two windows, all damaged (35 x 64), presumably from cutting (online orders-not cut at store). In each case, edges were somehow fused together so when opening shade, they just ripped. Very disappointed. I have successfully installed the black-out version of the shades. None of those had this problem.

Don’t order unless you want to place many orders to get them to ship correct colors and material. They won’t let me edit previous review. I’ve had to place 3 orders now. They can’t tell pebble gray and snow drift apart but I can! Ridiculous!

much of the bottom third edges of the cellular shade are stuck together. As its pulled down some cell edges open up but many are stuck together and rip apart.

If you want more than one shade, you better either choose all of them as shades that have to be cut or all of them as shade that come premade at a specific width already. If you get two premade, and then get one cut a specific width, you will not receive the same shade material. I surely didn’t. It’s hard to see at first, but once I looked closely after installing, they are totally different materials. I have to reorder them now. Otherwise, these are great and easy to install and use. I just hope my next order arrives and they match. Will update then.

These blinds are horrible. I order two for kitchen windows. When I opened the delivery boxes, I found that both blinds were damaged. One was ripped across the fabric and the other was melted. I spent over three hours on the phone across two days trying to ger a replacement. When the replacement arrived, both of the new blinds were even more damaged than the originals. There is clearly no quality control with this brand.

The brackets that hold up the shades are easy to install but getting the shade onto the brackets can be a challenge. But they look nice and the lady of the house is happy.

Actual window width was 35.75in and we ordered 35.25 which fit perfectly. These blinds do not darken the room but give much needed privacy. Great for our small areas.

These shades are very light weight and look great! We purchased these for our sunroom and love them.

Read the description carefully. We ordered the parchment color because we have tan windows. I was expecting both sides to be parchment. The interior facing side is parchment, but the exterior facing side is WHITE. I specifically ordered these to match the windows and I am really sad that the sides are not both the same. They aren't reversible either. It's not like I can just flip them so the parchment side is facing the exterior. Otherwise, good quality. Easy to install. Look nice overall.

These are easy to install, easy functioning, and pretty.

Easy to install, light filtering, blocks out ability to see in from the street but still filters light completely. Two panels arrived with a manufacturing defect but Home Depot customer service got me a replacement in only a couple days, no questions asked. Returning the defective ones was easy- just repack and ups picked up. You are not going to get a better value for the price anywhere. This is the 3rd room I have installed this type of blind in and they look fantastic. Just buy them!

Ordered 4 of the exact same size went to put them up and the 3rd box I opened the blind was 3 inches narrower

Love this shade - almost makes me want to take down all the window treatments I have and replace with this

We bought 4 of these for our new apartment. 8 months later, one hangs crooked and another won’t go all the way up. See the photo for the one that hands crooked. The twine that runs on the right side of this blind dug into the plastic and cut a groove into the bottom causing the right side to hang lower. Cheap quality. Cheap blinds. Waste of money.

I had someone put them up for me. Love love them!!
