Great bed!

i bought this bed 3 years ago and it is still in great shape. Looks the same as it did when we got it. No problems with it so far. Easy to assemble with instructions provided.

The bed looks nice but has some structural issues. The vertical supports on the mid beam are undersized. I had this bed for 2 weeks and the vertical support on the mid beam nearest to the headboard split. This caused the horizontal outer rail under the head board to crack in half. The wood was all cheap lightweight pine with knots which could have led to the failure. I replaced the horizontal support under the headboard with a 2x4 (big upgrade vs the other board). I also replaced all the vertical mid beam supports with 2x4's and secured them to the mid beam more robustly.
