Look great, but screws are too long and need to be cut, pain in the butt

This product is 3 3/4 hole to hole not 4 inch as described on the website

This pull has a nice design but in this case, it was form over function. The problem is that there is very little travel allowed for the mounting screws. That seems dictated in part, by the low angle of the handle where the screws go. I counted just 2-1/2 turns of purchase, total. This is even less than the classic minimum of three turns. Since there is so little travel, the thickness of the drawer must be exactly right or spacers/shims would have to be used just to preserve the paltry number of available turns. Even with a perfect thickness, the number of turns employed would be substandard. To Home Depot's credit, they accepted the return at the local store, even though I had ordered online.

This handle is a quality product with a modern design. Easy to install.
