Beautiful colors, true to images online. Will slough off for a couple of months and require frequent vacuuming in well traveled area. But will decline over time.

I love this rug! It's perfect in my kitchen. It's very plush, and soft on the feet.

The color pictured is very noticeably not the color I received- it says blue/beige and there is no blue; just varying shades of beige, along with the other smaller accents colors. That being said, the carpet is a great price, nice and thick, and still very pretty, even if the colors weren't accurate. I'm very happy with it regardless.

I bought this rug sight unseen online, thinking that if I really didn't like it I could return it to my local store. The color of the rug is not as it is depicted online. The "blue" is a deep teal color, almost green. In fact all of the colors are darker than depicted online. The 2 times that I have vacuumed it, the vacuum canister is filled with brown fibers (wool I assume). I have never owned a wool rug before so I hope that will cease with more vacuuming. My husband likes the color and I don't hate it so we are keeping it at this point.

I ordered the 11'x16' rectangle rug & two runners in Heritage Brown/Blue & have had them down for about a week. We LOVE them, they're exactly what we wanted as far as thickness, size & muted colors. The runners came rolled, the large rug came folded and wrapped in like a burrito in kraft paper covered by some very slippery white plastic. Basically, it was a 150# burrito that was impossible to get a grip on. Thankfully, we had a dolly that we used but it was still awkward as heck. I took photos the next morning and have attached a couple. Even though it was folded, there were no creases or visible lines in it at all. And, I"ve noticed very little shedding compared to my other wool rugs. The blue is what I would call a soft country blue. The brown is more like cocoa than coffee and the color that shows in the photo as yellowish is more of a pale cream. There are accents of rust red (looks dark burgundy from afar) and green too. It's absolutely perfect for our living room. And, as you can see, our dogs love it.

Sheds fiber all the time.

The rug looks nice. Unfortunately it sheds fiber, a lot! Rubbing ones foot across the surface caused balls, dust bunny like heaps, to form.

My wife loves the runner. She says it was the perfect solution!!

Look was as expected. It looks great in our foyer with a new wall color and new light fixture. Shipping was ahead of schedule and pickup at the store was very easy.

The rug is pilling way too much and the vacuum is full of wool and fine dirt

The only problem I have is that it sheds.... Probably because I have a roller beater on the vacuum cleaner.

Blue in the middle is not blue...it is dark teal! Not at all what I wanted.

This is an absolutely beautiful rug. The colors are actually more vibrant than in the picture. It really adds a touch of elegance to my entryway. I did a combination of two of the brown/blue and then one blue/brown to break up the monotony of the color scheme. I'm very happy with my purchase.

The rug was very nice however, the color was more Green than Heritage Brown/Blue. I wanted something brighter that would bring out the living room but this one did not do it for me. Needless to say, I returned with no problems.
