WOW, an overpriced mistake in buying... Expected a longer-lasting product than 2 years, Someone stated adding extra tarps, etc., so why buy this tent at this price? I am a retired senior citizen, did install it myself, however today I was patching the tears with 3M tape and I know this is "ONLY TEMPORARY" and I will have to top the roof. Buyers beware of quality issues when expecting to last year after year... this will not last.

I have purchased seven or eight King Canopy Hercules tents since 2007 so I have seen the evolution of this product. Yes I have tried Shelter Logic but King Canopy's design is better. You want the most out of you tent, first put on a 20 mil 12'x20' tarp under your roof tarp. The add a new PTCL1020FR6 roof tarp every year for the first two years. Now your roof is three tarps layers thick. Even huge tree limbs don't puncture or rip my roof! Now I have started to double up my side tarps too.

Over all this canopy will work in most conventional environments such as beside a house in a neighborhood where there is minimal exposure to wind. But after a week of use I had to return this canopy. I was trying to use it out in the open rural landscape of eastern Arizona where 30 mph wind gusts are common. Even when properly anchored, I found this canopy to be unsafe in that kind of environment. Plus, the sound of the flapping of the tie downs and tarp material in the wind can drive you crazy. Overall this canopy is good quality. The thickness of the poles and strength of the tarp are probably more than adequate for most applications. I also must add that this canopy did a great job of protecting my new Subaru from a hail storm the very next day after it was erected. Even in such high winds and rain, the canopy kept my car totally dry, although water flowed under the tent which is to be expected. This is a great product, just not suited for the windy and wild nature of deep country Arizona.

I received this kit this morning about 10:00. After a short delay, I unboxed the parts and laid them out near the assembly location. I found the directions to be simple and straightforward and hand no trouble assembling the frame. I did have to figure out that the snow load cables were quite snug and after a bit of experimenting, I discovered that if I left them in the center of the 77" tubes until everything was put together, it was easier to slide the cables to the main junctions as a last step. Since I was working alone, installing the legs was a challenge. The first 4 went in with some difficulty, lifting the frame and shoving the leg into the junction. The second side was extremely difficult and I had to get quite creative to accomplish the last 4 legs. I'd recommend getting help to install the legs. The covers went on fairly easily, even working by myself, and my canopy was done by 2:00, even including a couple of rest stops. After all, I'm in my 70's and it's likely the most strenuous thing I've done in a few years. Two people could have this up in 2 hours or less.

This garage is perfect for my new / used corvettte. Garage will keep it dry from the elements of winter. EVERYBODY THAT READS THIIS, BUY THIS GARAGE. IT IS WORTH THE MONEY FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT

I use my canopy as outdoor living space. It's a great addition to my yard! We can party and cookout no matter what the weather.

Great quality, easy to assemble

Anchoring kit is not included, and when they say it flies like a kite in the wind, they are not kidding. Good thing theres never any wind when it snows! Oh...wait. This thing was a nightmare to assemble, a nightmare to really anchor down, impossible to keep the walls down, lacks a door from the side so if your driveway leads to a street good luck getting inside the house. I feel like i could have taken the same 1 grand i spent on this thing and tossed it out the window for a similar effect

The on-line information said there was cross-ventilation, but there is no way to open the windows. You can let in light, but no air. Also there is no way to open the back. Not what we expected

easy to put up with 2 people. Watch YouTube videos the night before so the process was seamless.

Warning: Does NOT have spring button snap corner assembly. Which means you have to have few people holding the corner pipes to make sure nothing falls off when you're raising the roof. Warning: The width dimensions are not 10' they are 10'8" Not having the 8" dimension, messed up my calculations on the base it was going on. Maybe this is on me for not doing the research and believing the label and description. Also the truss cables are very hard to put on. Overall not worth it, poor design.

Easy to assemble with two people. We have had one other for two years and it’s still going strong, you just have to make sure you clear any snow that gathers on the roof during winter.

I wanted all tube size with 2", but some tubes were 1 1/2". However, I satisfied with this when compared to others.

It went together well and the sidings fit so far so good...

This product is very strong and easy to set up

It took 4 of us to put it together but the instructions were clear and everything went together very well. Very happy with the building. Already withstood a 45mph wind!
