Doesn't fit 1/8in wire rope
Perhaps 1/8 in. refers to the channel width in the part, but these are not large enough to accept 1/8 in. wire rope. Cannot even bend the wire around the thimble.
Shown is some 1/8 in. wire rope. The small thimble is this product, the large thimble is one that actually fits the rope. Do not use advertised size to indicate what size rope this accepts.

Perfect for making loop ends for the 3/16" wire rope that will connect my canopies to cabled anchors and be able to tighten up the slack with turnbuckles.
