Ordered 2 matching fans. 1, the lights quit, fan still worked. Nov '23 called HD CS, sent new light kit - did not solve the problem. Dec '23 called HD CS, sent 2 capacitors-did not solve the problem. Called Jan '24 (4 dys ago)-HD CS said a) I had to take pictures of all that I have been sent AND the fan in order to receive more parts, and b) a warranty replacement fan was not an option. I am happy to take pictures but I HAVE NOT been sent an email to reply to. Called Mon, Tues, & chatted CS Wed.

I purchased in Dec 2022 for about $60 on sale and just had my electrician son install. We paid extra $20 for 18" down rod. I'm very happy with the looks and will be able to reach reverse switch with short step ladder when needed. I like the range of light with the dimmable LEDs available on the remote. The only real complaint is the remote has no memory so when turning on with remote the light and fan both come on high powered and have to immediately be adjusted.

Runs really quiet. Great finish too. Would buy again.

Purchased 3, for each bedroom. East to install, click in fan blades and quiet operation. The glass shades are held in with spring clamps, which keeps it from rattling. Shades are painted white on inside and amber frosted on outside. 2700k bulbs are included and fixture is dimmable. Remotes and receivers have changeable codes. Remote takes a 12v battery which is included. Everything else is listed in the accurate description. Special buy at 90$ each, great price for an included remote. The darker side of the fan blades match the bronze better than the red side. Well worth the purchase!

This is my sixth fan. All the same from Hampton Bay with the remote. They are quiet and if you don't have a switch for it you don't need it..the remote turns it on/off, same with light all done with remote. Love love love these fans/light. Price is very good. Lots of quality here.

I have been shopping for a fan for a while and decided on this one. It is beautiful once assembled. Luckily I have a capenter father and brother to put it together for me. The remote controller adds an extra step in assembling, but that is expected for fans with remotes. It has a nice dimmer and three settings for the fan. I was put in my bedroom. It is very quiet and cools a room quickly! Only problem I had with it was there was a small stratch on the one blade when deviered, my dad was able to buff it out. Besides that, very great modern fan!

The only disappointment is the forward – reverse. It should be on the remote, as the fan is 14 feet up.

Great fan at great price! Includes remote. Smooth operation. Standard LED bulbs are good in case ever need replacing. Can swap glass if you want for different affect.

Product is very attractive and easy to install. Great price point. Put these in all of the rooms in my parents new house, mounting the remotes on the wall above the other light switch for easy access .

The light was brighter then I expected .Everything worked like it was suppose to. I would but the product again. I have had the ceiling fan for about 1 month.

Easy installation by my electrician. The fan does not wobble and is quiet. I love the light dimmer and the 3-speed fan. It looks great in my office/den.I would recommend this product.

Terrific fan! This is our second Campbell model we bought to replace another model Hampton ceiling fan that had been giving us problems. We have another 5 year old Campbell model in our bedroom that has worked flawlessy everyday. This one we like even better as uses an E26 base bulb rather than the smaller E12 “candelabra” base of our older fan. It puts our much more light than the older fan we have. I would highly recommend this for fan quality and price.

Excellent fan. Exceeded my expectations. It is easy to install, very quiet, has remote control with a dimming feature. The wood is beautiful and matches my bedroom furniture perfectly. I may buy another one to replace the old one I have in my other bedroom.

Installation wasn't too complex and the fan runs very quietly and without issue. Lights function great with a very bright to a very dim mode. The remote makes this fan top tier! However, my only complaint is the manufacturer places the wrong size bulbs in my box. So I had to go to the local store to swap out the bulbs. Luckily Home Depot also gave me a gift card for my trouble. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this high power, remote-controlled, no noise, beautiful looking fan.

We have had this fan up and running for over a month now with no issues. We liked the looks of it and it goes really well with our decor. We have always liked the Hampton Bay brand so with the matching of the room it was intended for and experience with the brand, it was a perfect choice for us. It runs very quietly and cools off a 18x22 living room very efficiently. We really love the ease of putting the blades and globes on. No more days of screwing things in. Went up very quickly. We would buy this fan for other rooms in our home as needed. We hope this lasts for years as all previous Hampton fans have.

The fan arrived fast install was easy its nice and bright. I installed it flush mount. Its very quiet definitly recommend

After reading other reviews of this product, I chose this one to replace my old ceiling fan. The reviews were right on the money. It was easy to install but be sure you follow the instructions. It was quite and the remote worked perfectly. I would recommend this product to everyone.
