I really am enjoying my fireplace! As I am a single woman I had to put it together by myself and I must say it was actually pretty easy if you just follow the instructions provided! My granddaughter and love to sit out on the patio and roast marshmallows over its flames! Highly recommend:)

Good looking unit and a nice value for the price. Arrived with some damage and parts did not align with the pre-drilled holes making the assembly difficult. Color varies from the image on the website. Sill waiting for the manufacturer to ship replacement log set for broken ones.

Easy to put together, easy to use, looks great. So much easier than making a wood fire. Throws out a lot of heat as well, will be nice in September or October.

Delivered on time. Fairly easy to assemble. Worked immediately.

The gas fireplace looks nice but does not generate any heat, so it is pretty much useless on fall evenings.

Looks great! Haven't needed the heat yet but turned it on a few times to check it out and works great. The cover is pretty thin but does a good job keeping it clean. Wish it came with the propane tank cover/table that was shown in the video, but still love it.

I like this fireplace. It was easy to install up in a hour. Put the tank on and fire it up can't wait for it to get cold well made.

After arriving nearly two weeks after the expected delivery date, I finally received the product. The quality was extremely poor which was evident upon assembly. I returned it the following day as it was clearly not up to my quality expectations.

another natural gas conversion here. after figuring out the correct fittings, i successfully converted to natural gas. bypassed the propane regulator by taking it off and hooking it directly up to the valve, the orifice (located just before the burners) was easy to take out and drill out. done deal. works great.

I bought this outdoor gas fireplace for my pool house. I says it is not convertible to natural gas but I did convert it to natural gas as I already had a natural gas line ran to my pool house. I called my gas company, they told me I had 2 PSI of gas coming into my home so I removed the orifice and drilled the hole in the orifice out to 1/8 , re-installed the orifice and then assembled the unit. Works great. Looks great. Nice blue flame with a touch of yellow at the tips. Just like natural gas is suppose to burn. So the conversion worked perfectly for me. When the the lava rocks and the "fake logs" get hot this thing puts out a lot of heat and looks great at night. If you are going to install it out in the open, it does come with a cover as well. "

Hello, Contrary to your advertising the metal does not appear to be 100% stainless steel, just the burners. Also it is not 360 degree view only 270 (but that's OK) Looks great, works really great, hope it will last through our northern winters!

Installing this thing is a challenge. Lay it all out and look it for a long time before you begin. Very difficult for one person, but can be done. Took me 4 solid days to complete. Some people complain about the heat from the sun under the roof. Installed two ceiling fans, problem gone. For sure this is not a product for Florida, but excellent fir Wisconsin. The gazebo is absolut rain proof, no leaks at all.

Shipped straight to my house, opened the box, hooked up to propane and ready to go. This fireplace is all about convenience. Yes, it uses quite a bit of propane but after working all day, I just want to sit on my back porch and relax next to the fire. No firewood, no cleanup, no fuss.

Beautiful, well made but a BRAND NEW tank of propane ($64 my cost!!) was used up in 3 evenings!! ea run ea eve lasted maybe 3 hrs. Not a good use of expensive prop. Also control knobs/lighter located in a very bad place. Very difficult to get to.
