The Nadia Light fixture is easy to install and adds value to your home. The instructions are good, and the install is fairly easy. Of course, it always helps to have a second person to assist. You will need 3 standard light bulbs for the light. I used 3 60-W LED bulbs and it provided plenty of light. The drum is wrapped in real fabric - ivory linen. This gives the light fixture an elegant feel. The glass diffuser helps distribute the light evenly below the fixture. If you need to change bulbs, you can reach in from the top, because the light fixture is semi-flush mount. Overall, I like all the elements and features of this light. The chrome matches my other finishes in the house.

If you want a nice looking light for a bedroom or a dining area, depending on your decor, this may be the light fixture for you. Installing the fixture was a little more difficult than I expected. I partially assembled the fixture but did not install the shade or diffuser. while making electrical connection. The chrome base barely covered my standard 4 inch octagon j-box.. I hung the fixture by the ground wire while making my electrical connections. For the price of these lights I wish they would provide the small inline orange plug- wire the pigtail part of the plug then it is easy to just plug the lamp in rather than having to juggle the lamp while making the electrical connections.. It was difficult to get the diffuser(large round glass disk} to the right position yet be sufficiently tight and up in the bottom of the shade. The shade is not pure white but an off white cloth fabric. When it gets old and tired looking I am not aware of the availability of any replacement shade. Also the diffuser opened from the top will be a possible dust/dirt collect and difficult to clean.

This is a beautiful light for small rooms, hallways even, over your dining table, etc. It has 3 sockets for plenty of light, a nice pleated white fabric shade, and a frosted glass plate on bottom to take out any glare. It looks great in our hallway. Assembly takes a few minutes, mainly because of getting the correct adjustment so that the glass plate allows the mounting cover and nut to fit without being too loose. You will want to get this right before you mount anything on the ceiling. You will then be able to mount the glass shade on bottom after everything is up, and it will fit nicely. I am usually pretty much a critic on these types of lights because of the mounting difficulties, but this one is designed very well to eliminate frustrations with the small things. I would say the only thing that is close to difficulty is pushing the wires through the down rod. Overall, it is a quality light fixture and looks very nice. I will recommend it.

We wanted an elegant dining room light that did not overwhelm the scene, but still looks great. This unit does exactly that. It looks formal, but not stuffy and performs really well with its 3 lamps. The chrome finish is just what we wanted in this room and it .just peeks out above the shade enough to set the tone. The installation was a multi-step process. The 3 lamp fixture's wiring has to be pushed through the down road and is pretty tight, as there is a soft, flexible plastic bushing at the top and bottom to prevent the shaft's metal edges from abrading the insulation on the wires. We found it worked best to push all three wires through at once. Once that's done, the now combined lamp fixture and down rod gets wired and mounted to the ceiling. The heavier glass is then mounted at the end of the process, which is really appreciated, since holding the entirely assembled unit for wiring and mounting would have been tough to do alone. The glass is sturdy and diffuses the light very well, without diminishing the lamps' intensity excessively. The shade has a protective plastic covering which we removed after all the mounting steps were completed. For a lamp at this price point, it really exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with this unit and highly recommend it.

I really like how modern and new this lamp looks but in retrospect i can see the fabric shade being a big pain in the butt to clean once it collects dust....and its almost guaranteed that it is going to collect dust. being a ceiling mounted lamp i can see this being an issue in the future and i will report back in a few months to let you know how it goes

had it shipped to me....picture was white shade, description says white shade, box says white shade...so not white. taking it back...white should mean white. not cream, or dingy yellow.

Beautiful light for the price! Exactly what I was hoping for.

All in all, this seems to be an OK light fixture for the price. I was disappointed because the fabric shade is not white as the picture shows. It's more of a beige/off-white/yellow color. Additionally, the instructions in the box were only in French & Spanish, with nothing in English at all, which made installation even more challenging than it already was.

I ended up just using the shade and the light diffuser. This turned out to be a BIG project. Not impressed with the directions or the cheap chrome accents.
