...like so many other lights we saw. We have art in our front entry way and when our foyer light broke we decided we wanted something a little different than what we usually saw offered. This is in our entry way foyer and the arch of the light matches the arch above our front door perfectly! The lights are easily adjustable and light up large wall art on both side of the doorway as well as lighting up our small-ish entry room. Even though it's not really marketed as a chandelier, it looks understated and works well for the use we had originally envisioned. One thing I was worried about was mounting it onto an inclined ceiling. Know this, that if you want the long bow-shaped part to hang level it will need to run perpendicular to the angle of the ceiling. The trapezoidal structure has hinges at the top and bottom of the mounting rods which make it adjustable to match an angle. It worked perfectly on our ceiling without too much fuss. I cannot speak to having it mount the other direction, as I did not try it. Overall a pretty dang good value, easy to install, all hardware and bulbs were included and I had it in within an hour (but I am used to hanging lights...YMMV).

This light looks great in our breakfast nook and really sets the ambiance of the room! It's not apparent from the photo online but each spotlight is opaque on the bottom to provide more light going down - a nice surprise. Installing it went OK, other than getting the right combinations of different length tubes that would work for us. The problem with this is that it really is a pain to re-thread the power wires through them, as you're forced to do every time. Also note that the tubes with the writing on them ONLY GO INTO THE TOP OF THE LIGHT! They are threaded backwards so that you can tighten all of the tubes at once. I didn't realize this and got one lodged into another tube, and that took a few to get unstuck! Added a nice digital dimmer with this and it updates our kitchen perfectly into the look we want!

I love the style of the light. The light gets very hot and there isn’t a good way to position the bulbs. They either are pointing straight down like an interrogation light or blind someone. I wish I would have been able to see the light at a store before purchasing.

Quality not as great and thin metal. Bulb trim comes off and shows gaps. Adjustable string doesn’t stay in place and now light fixture is crooked.

Bought this light fixture to replace an ugly ceiling fan over our pool table. It was a very easy installation, but the only issue I had was the extension poles. They had bad threading on one of them, but I was able to get it together securely. I did love the option of being able to adjust the height

Light fixture is great - contemporary just the way I like it. It actually can be installed 2 different ways. Quality is great.

Don't waste your money!! I purchased this fixture in March 2016 & installed probably by the end of May 2016. My brother-in-law installed it with a lot of angry four letter words proclaiming it was a monster! This is now Dec. 2017 & I am searching for another light fixture! One of the bulb holders will not hold a bulb any longer, don't know why! It came with a suction cup for replacing the bulbs & it's a pain trying to replace them! I now have only two bulbs glowing with the others burned out, which burned out very quickly! All the bulbs were replaced two months ago! The life of the bulbs is very short or the fixture is very poor made. I really hate to take it down because I really liked it, but it's a big problem keeping those special type of bulbs & having to replace them so often!

I was so disappointed when trying to assemble this fixture. The extender rods were not screwing into the fixture. I even called an electrician to try to do it because I thought I was doing something wrong. Still didn't work. I had to return it to Home Depot as damaged.

I was so excited to get this light, but wow, what a disappointment! I should have known since the box was so light. There was so much wrong with this light: the cables that run from either end of the light up to the electrical components that attach to the ceiling do not stay tight. The rods were stripped and metal shavings were left inside so they would not screw in tight. We actually had to use pieces from the kitchen light we had just taken down! Bottom line, there was so much wrong with this light that we ended up returning it due to such poor workmanship!

Love it. So pretty. Instructions not real clear. The last bar that you screw in is a reverse turn to tighten.

Looks great. Lots of light with 6 adjustable fixtures. Great price on sale. Read the other reviews with installation tips. Really flexible lighting options when used with a dimmer.

The light looks beautiful. One of the hanging tubes was slightly damaged so the person installing had to improvise in order not to be doing returns etc, as I already had the people at home doing the installation. Other than that, it looks really nice. The price was good, as I got in on sale.

Great lighting fixture. Attractive and provides ample lighting to various areas without glare.I used it flush to the ceiling without the down rods because my ceiling was lower than I thought and it was still beautiful.

We're building a new house and the electrician installed it over where the kitchen table is going to be so I don't know how difficult it was.

Just what we needed to light a painting and provide light over the dining table.

The adjustable spotlights allow you to direct the light beams where you need or want them. The pre-assembly requires some consideration. My first attempt to select a combination of the height adjustable rods resulted in placing the halogen lamps a bit to close for comfort (they are small, but hot). A second attempt got them just right.

The light looks great hanging over my eat-in kitchen table as it matches the track lighting and recessed lights in the kitchen. Two not so good things, one point is that the light does not seem to be able to stay straight. Once the light is touched it does not seem to stay quite straight, also the fixture is a bit flimsy. Secondly, the rims that affix around the bulbs do not stay on tightly. Overall value for money the fixture is wonderful.

We were very happy with our new light fixture. It was just the right size, light and added a contemporary look to the kitchen. We installed a dimmer light with the fixture and are enjoying the various degrees of lighting. I highly recommend this product!!!!

This light is just wonderful. I put it in my kitchen which had only 1 ceiling light, and; because I live in a 100 year old house with plaster walls I didn't even want to try to put in multiple lights. This light is perfect; there is no light glaring you in the eyes and I have wonderful spot light to each area of my kitchen. My kitchen areas are so bright it is as if I put in an overhead light in each area. All of the kitchen is lighted and you don't notice the spots until you work in an area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chandelier if you do not want to rewire your room.
