Our warranty for HT4500 is " Your heat gun is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for five years following the date of purchase if operated in accordance with Wagner’s printed recommendations and instructions. This warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by service or repair performed by unauthorized personnel.This warranty does not apply to accessories. The product is designed for home usage only. If used for commercial or rental purposes, This warranty applies only for 30 Days from the date of purchase.
If any product is defective in material and workmanship during the applicable warranty period, return it with proof of purchase, Transportation prepaid to Wagner Spray Tech, 6151 Queens Ave., Otsego, MN 55330. Wagner will either repair or replace the product (At Wagner’s Option) and return it to you.
We had replaced the heat gun for you on 10/24/2018 as customer courtesy without sending in the heat gun to us for evaluation because you had stated the heat gun is a hobby used and has stopped working . You had given us a call on 03/03/2020 stated the heat gun we had replaced on 10/24/2018 has stopped working. Both of the photos you had sent us on 10/24/2018 and 03/04/2020 is in the same condition of heavily used. We will honor the replacement if it falls into our warranty guideline. Please give our technical support a call at 1-800-328-8251 if you would like to send in the heat gun.

The variable settings do make the HT4500 quite a versatile device. Also, it does come with a consumer 5 year and a 30 day commercial warranty through us(Wagner). If you have any question pertaining to the warranty or anything else please call us at 1(800)328-8251.

It can be less messy and its nice to not have that chemical smell if you can avoid it. Glad to hear your cabinets turned out great!

I'm sorry for the problem you are having. While in general heat guns can be dangerous when used improperly, the HT4500 is the most controllable heat gun we make. It has exact heat settings from 120 F to 1200 F. Caution is important. It is always necessary to properly set the heat gun so as to not cause any unwanted damage to the surrounding area where it is being used.

Sorry about the problem with your HT4500. We have a one year warranty on all of our heat guns. Just give us a call. We are happy to run it through the warranty process with you. No shipping, no waiting. If your heat gun is under warranty, we'll send you a replacement.

I’m sorry you are unhappy with the two HT4500 heat guns that you purchased. What you have experienced is unusual. The heat gun has a five year home use warranty. If you would call technical support we will assist you in taking care of them.

I'm sorry to hear that your HT4500 wouldn't heat upon first use. That is certainly something that we'd look to cover under warranty, and may actually want to see back for inspection as well.

I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble with your HT4500. I am unsure as to what would have caused it to lock you below 120F, but that is something that can be covered under warranty.
