Never installed a ceiling fan before and must say that upon opening the box and the number of parts was a little intimidating. But went to the video in the Home Depot Item description of pictures and videos and found that the installation video was so easy follow that it made this process go from intimidating to satisfying and the end result couldn't have turned out any better.

The fan is perfect but theLED bulbs are not dimming as per specifications . They need replacement / new purchase

I just installed this fan today and am very happy with it. It was easy to install, is extremely quiet, moves a good amount of air, and the 4 bulbs is plenty to light up the entire room. Absolutely love it and highly recommend !!

Great fan for the price. Attractive, quiet running and offers plenty of light with the four included led bulbs.

Easy assembly and installation. Initial wobble after install but after just a few hours it balanced itself. Air flow is great!

Reasonably priced, this replaced similar Hampton Bay fan that was 10 years old that runs 24/ in summer. The fan runs quiet, with 60 watt bulbs lights are super bright. I like the multi speed ability. I started to only gave it a 4 because Hampton used to have a cradle to mount the colored remote which had easy to see buttons on wall. I'm disappointed this was just remote, white, no cradle. we ended up velcroing to cabinet. I gave it 5 because Hampton added multi hour timers to the remote, which are handy.

Economical and good quality. Engineered for ease of assembly. Kit is complete and has quality parts including glass shades and LED lamps. Includes a trim ring to conceal screws at ceiling attachment. Three speeds with reverse. Pull chains for fan and lights enable installation with single wall switch. Flawless paint on body and blades.

Great looking does the job but when the fan is set to high speed it vibrates badly, why was it not made to self adjust?

The very simple but modern design fit well into our home. I love the amount of light the 4 bulbs provides. I only wish I had the option of turning two alternating lights on at a time.

This fan is a great value! I had very little trouble assembling, mounting, and wiring the fan. It worked perfectly with my existing wall switch and attached with ease to the metal box in my ceiling that previously held my ceiling light. The look of the fan matches the decor of my home perfectly! The light kit with led lightbulbs is powerful and plenty bright for a 12 x 11 bedroom.

Love this fan! Great quality & price! Have used in several renovation projects. Liked it so much have since put in every room! Definitely met expections for color of the finish, quality, and exceeded expectations for price!

It took a little effort to put together, but the finished result is beautiful. The fan looks strong and bold and very quiet.

The ceiling fan is just beautiful and looks great in our dining room! It is the perfect amount of light above the table and of course the fan speeds can be changed to whatever speed desired. It was easy to install. I love it!!

Installing the fan was very easy, direction on point. I like the quietness of the fan, and the glow of the lights. Installed July 1. The fan exceeded my expectations.

We looked for a long time before we finally picked this fan. We had it installed by a professional. We have had it for 1 month and so far it has preformed as advertised. We get a good breeze even at the lower speeds. It wobbles very slightly at the highest speed but we rarely turn our fans on high so it is not a problem. I would recommend this fan.

I love the look of this fan! I purchased the Oil Rubbed Bronze and we flipped our blades to the side that looks more rustic and has darker and lighter wood tones. The shades to the lights compliment each part of this fan nicely as well. Along with bejng aesthetically pleasing, it is also a very good fan! We put ours in our master bedroom and it is absolutely perfect. Everything about this fan is great. The orice was good, the appearance is good and the performance js perfect! Don't hesitate to buy this, you wont be let down.

I needed a new fan for the master bedroom .... this Hunter looks nice and helps keeps the room cool at night.

We put this 52" fan in a 10.5 x 11 room. It was purchased because of it's size, low ceiling and tilt options, as well as the numerous positive reviews. As a first time fan installation it took 1.5 hours because because of user error. I was looking at the picture wrong and I forgot to put on EE: rubber gasket for close to ceiling mounting. So I cut it and screwed it on after installation. (I hate extra parts, even if it wasn't needed for normal installation). Pros: 1. Very quiet, low setting is good for us, medium is nice, and high I use for cooling off the room when my computer is putting out too much heat from graphics intensive games. 2. The 60 watt lights are bright and we only have 2 of them on. 3. Standard size energy efficient light bulbs. 4. White frosted glass covers came with white fan. 5. Being on sale for $54 helped. Cons: Took some time to balance on high speed. I used levels on four sides of the top as matching the chain to the center of the hole didn't work in our apartment. Grounding wire hook up was a little weird. I just taped the wire to the ground. Slight ticking if unbalanced on high.

I have learned to follow instruction step by step and did with this product, however, the initial steps included hanging the light with the small extension bar, so I did. Then I flip the page and it tells how to assemble WITHOUT the extension, which is how I wanted to hang it. I just figured you HAD to use the bar, so I had to undo those steps and start over. There should have been something up front that indicated you could do it either way. Then again, it helps to real ALL the instructions before you start. Also, installing the lamp covers was not easy and I dropped one in the process and it shattered everywhere. However, I do like the simplicity of the design, no little thumb screws to tighten.

Looks great once we finally got it installed, but for someone like me, the instructions were far too vague. I went online and watched some videos, but even at that the instructions felt incomplete and confusing. Still, once we got it up, it looks great and works perfectly.
