Door frame isToo small and narrow

Bought this door less than 2 years ago. The lock set is specific to this door. Lock broke and now the entire door needs to be replaced. Home Depot has the lock in stock a two hour drive away. Home Depot will not ship the lock it is store pick up only. I am frustrated with both Grisham and HD. I will never buy a Grisham product again

As usual with Grisham products, good product, poor packaging.

There is virtually no room to install a closer due to the glass panels. Also, the tabs to hold the glass panels are very stiff and require a screw driver to operate even though they should be operable by hand.

Door is initially just fine, but it is really just too early to tell...it was just installed.

This is a solid door that’s also beautiful entry way to my home. I love it!!

This security door was just put in today. It looks great and I feel secure with a strong steel door hanging outside. The contractor did a great job putting it up and I like it a lot. I would recommend this door to others.

well made and simple to install if you have measured correctly. 4 stars because I think I got someone’s return. handles,locking assembly, and faceplate box was missing but part of the lock had already been installed in the door. Called factory and they sent me box of all handle and lock parts quick.

I bought this door and it didnt have the latch that come with this door

The door doesn't close properly due to the sticky latch either staying out preventing it from closing or staying in and not latching shut. Also the screws that hold the glass panes in place aren't that tight and cannot really be tightened entirely.

I've bought this door ago. It is door. However the frame became loose after 2 years. A few of the screws that hold the glass in place became loose. We still have the door but it is now on it's last leg. We have to and push it hard to stay closed.

I bought this steel security door 10 years ago, the frame is holding up good. I have to replace the screen and glass clips. Was at my wits end until I looked on home depot website and saw that i could contact the manufacturer to replaced them. Screens for the door and the frame around the glass need replacing, I say this was a good buy.

Door frame was bent, hardware was missing and installation was a nightmare. Screw holes did not line up. Overall, very disappointed in purchase.

I need to hold on concluding it quality. The door latch fell off, but I don't know if that was do to its installation or the mfg did not have the set screw adjusted correctly or? The bottom sweep fell off as well. It was suppose to stay in place, but it may need some screws to keep it in place.

The inner tonge on the door does not come out to hold door shut, when not locked the door opens with a push NOT secure. New handles are on there way to replace the wrong ones sent, hopefully this will resolve the problem. If not the door will have to be returned I cant have a security door that is not secure.

Made in China-- this fact captures it all, for good (not too expensive- overall value) and the bad (don't expect high quality)

The only problem with this door is that it came prehung to lock AND hinges on the right. My handyman had to remove the lock and hinges to hang correctly and open to the left, but now the lock has to be pulled up instead of down to open.

Nice door. I already have one like it but in a common size, that I bought in the store. My only disappointment with this sale is that I could not have it delivered to my local store. I had to have it shipped to my house and pay the freight, so the cost was quite high. Delivery was on time and convieniant.

We purchased this Security Door for our cabin in Big Bear, CA and my husband installed it himself. The Security door was easy to install and meets our needs to feel secure when we are out of town.

the quality is not like a security door rather it can be a storm door. after an hour of install the lock stuck and not open from any side, then i have to break it and open the door and have to replace the lock with new one . surf more before you take this on your curt.
