Where are the instructions? There isn't anything showing how the water inside the brush works with the grill.

Even though he had already purchased some other grill brush, Wess is absolutely thrilled with Grill Daddy! It cleans our new stainless steel grids thoroughly and easily.

The Grill Daddy is the most amazing tool for cleaning the grill top. Simply water and steam. Have had one for years and like it so much have given it for gifts many times. Its a shame that you can only purchase online anymore and not in your stores.

Great to clean the stuck on food off with less work

When you pre-heat the grates (on high for about 5-10 minutes) and then use the water, the combination of heat, steam loosens the grime and the grate looks new. Only shortcoming is getting between the bars and slightly underneath where old cooked food gets stuck. Otherwise, works like a charm.

It does help clean the grill, but I'm not sure it's better than any other grill brush. The water / steam feature is just water dribbling out of the brush onto the grill grates. If it had some type of sprayer it'd be much better.
