Very pleased with the look and ease of installation.

I needed and ordered 60sf for a fireplace surround, 12 boxes total. There were no broken pieces. The stones are more realistic than most. Cutting is a bit slower with a wet saw due to the rubber content. Pre-mix thinset worked better than tile mastic, I used both. Use level lines and shims to help keep lines consistent as the rock varies slightly.

The go stone cedar Creek flats stone was really easy to put up and really nice to look at it gave the appearance I was expecting which was a rustic feel. I used it above my kitchen cabinets as well as a backsplash. All I used was a grinder with a diamond blade and a chisel to knock off some rough edges. The only disadvantage was some were chipped and cracked in box but I was still able to use those pieces. I've had my backsplash up for over a year before finally finishing the rest up and I have had no problems with it and have had many compliments. I'm 36 female and did this myself and it was very easy. Still have alot to do with my kitchen as you can tell from the photo haha but it's looking great!!

I was in the market for faux stone to put behind my wood stove. I chose the cedar creek Go-Stone for that job. I'm sure glad I made that decision. My project was complete in a few hours thanks to how easy it is to install. I reached out to the company and asked specific questions and they immediately responded with answers that made this process a breeze. Product is great, customer service is great, I highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for faux stone!

Cutting small, precise cuts was difficult at times, but overall an excellent easy install. We coated with a polyurathane coating to give the color a deeper, more authentic look and feel.

I used the Go-Stone on a wall in my movie room. Product was easy to use and completely transformed the room. I used an angle grinder with masonry cutting wheel for all my cuts. I,My project was around 80 sq feet as I used the stone to encase my movie screen on the 15x9 wall. Out of 18 boxes I only had 3 pieces that were broken but as others have said you can use these for specialty cuts you may encounter. Just so you know as you begin to cut the pieces, you will come out looking like a coal miner from all the dust but they do cut fairly easy with a good cutting blade.

Easy do it yourself product. Out of 8 boxes I only had 5 broken pieces which I was still able to trim off the rough break and still use. The only negative is it smells like burning tires when you cut them. I used a angle grinder with the recommended masonry blade and it did cut very easily. It turned out better than I hoped.

Go-Stone was exactly as described. Color was same as picture. It was very easy to install. It loosk fantastic. I plan to purchase additional stone in the future for other projects! I would HIGHLY recommend this to consumers looking for stone. I did my research on installation and price per square foot and this was also the best deal!

Feels and looks like real stone but much lighter weight. We started out using a wet saw which works really well, but when you cut the stone it exposes the black recycled tires inside and the water turns black and gets all over the stone and is a mess. Then you have wash the black off of the stone. So we decided to use the saw without the water and that worked much better. It is easy to install once you get the cuts figured out. If you don't have to cut at all it's a breeze!!

Stone was easy to put on the wall. I used a masonry blade on my mitre saw for the straight cuts and a drywall saw for the small corner cuts around the electrical outlets. I used the cedar creek stone for an accent wall in a bedroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get such a good look without hiring someone to do for me.

Had 18 boxes delivered on a pallet. Boy what a job just bringing in into the house. Lucky my son did it after school.. EZ to work with. Butter it up and stick it on the wall. It is also ez to cut. Prob took 16-18 hours to complete project. Added some lights behind the speakers..Really added a ton of ambiance.

I ordered 80 square feet for a project at my parents house. We updated an old back splash area behind their wood burning fireplace. I decided while I was home for Thanksgiving I would help with their remodeling and between 2 of us it was only a day's worth of work. The panels stuck directly to the faux brick that was there, and with some reinforcement (just in case) they also stuck to the faux wood paneling that was up. We placed a mantle in the middle of the wall and the stone helped to hold that in place as well. My parents were so thankful and get a TON of compliments on how wonderful it looks. The upgrade was needed but the results were even better than I had hoped.

Pros: Assembly: The Go-Stones were very easy to assemble. Once we decided the pattern we wanted, we had 4 boxes of Go-Stone on the wall in 30 minutes, Color/Variation: The boxes vary slightly from box to box, thus making it easy to have a more natural look instead up a perfectly uniform unnatural look. Look: Last three people to walk into our home were shocked to learn that this isn't real stone. Looks awesome! Cons: Of the 20 square feet of stone purchased, 5 square feet was broken pieces. Though returnable, still frustrating that pieces broke during shipping. Overall, very happy with purchase!

This product is a great value. Great for diy projects. Much easier than I expected to install.

Could not be happier with this stone. My husband and I installed it and we are still married!!! Very easy to install and it made my basement look wonderful.

I bought 120 sq ft of the product to put on a fireplace. I wanted to first buy half of what I needed to go to the mantle and then if we liked it, go the rest of the way up to the 11 ft ceiling. Before I bought any I called and spoke to two individuals at the manufacturer who ensured me that if I buy it in two loads the color would be consistent. That was not the case as the second load was much darker and speckled on many of the stones. My stone mason put it up anyway as he thought the darker pieces were due to moisture and it would dry and look the same. Now the top half looks bad.

Really like the product! I did have several pieces broken when I opened two boxes. But overall, I am pleased with my order, and to top it off.... I received my order earlier than expected which was a delight!

Love the look! Beware that cuts are best done outdoors as they generate some nasty dust.

I love it! I used Cedar Creek stone for fireplace. It looks great - very authentic. I used a contractor to install and he said it was easy to use. The picture of the product doesn’t do it justice. No hesitation in recommending this product.

The stones themselves are very nice and installation is easy but there were far to many broken out of the 3 boxes I ordered which was very disappointing

15 to 20% of the box was broken. Not packaged very well for such a breakage-prone item. Returned.

I was nervous about initially purchasing the product. We bought one box to see the color first. The end product look great. We used a professional to install it. Even though the video made it look simple, that was the best thing we did.By time he worked to make sure our colors were spread throughout, cut certain pieces to make it work, and let certain sections dry so that it wasn't too heavy...we were glad to have an expert carry this out. We used way more adhesive than we thought we would, but who wants to lose a stone in the future. The material was challenging to cut through, and I don't recall what the type of blade was used for the cutting. We had a project requiring almost 30 boxes. End result, is beautiful. Looks great, color is what we wanted. I'd use the product again for sure.

Bought go-stone unseen and was very happy with the quality,look and feel. So happy with the outcome. Easy to install. I was impressed that the panels did not have a repetitive look. Highly recommend this product.

I was very excited when my go stone was delivered. Starting fireplace I opened my first box and laid out all the stone on a tarp. First box out of 15 pieces 5 broken!!! I thought it's just a fluke so I open another box and out of 15 pieces 4 are broken.... I'm quite upset I have a total of 11 boxes including 3 boxes of corners!!! I open the first box of corners, none broken yippeeee... Now I go to work starting with corners yes not broke but not square and so many imperfections I need to break out angle grinder and try to make them work this takes at least an hour for the whole box!!! I'm getting really up set these definitely aren't plug and play. Every peace on the inside needs to be ground just to use. Ok get started and find out that about 10 percent of flat and corners aren't even the same height, adjust every row for level or you will regret even using these in the end product. I'm a perfectionist and none are even close to perfect. Finished product after about 16 hours of stone work looks good but I have to say it wasn't easy should of just used real stone this was my first time ever doing any stone work it wasn't real difficult just very very labor intensive requiring an angle grinder, power miter saw and diamond cut blade in my dry tile saw!!! I love the product. All of my friends were very surprised to learn they are not natural stone. My only suggestion is that each box contain a "balanced" number of panels. My order of twelve contained an inordinate number of 8 in. and 16 in. panels with finished ends. Also, the 16 in. panels were primarily those with the large stone in the middle. I would have liked more 8 in. notched and 16 in. without the large stone. You also make some 16 in. notched panels. As you know, there are 15 panels in every box You produce 8 different panels. Each box should contain 2 of seven types with 3 of the eighth.

I was somewhat disappointed with the product when it arrived. The product description on the web site did not line up with actual product. The faux stone is much heavier and thicker than the site led me to believe. I am assessing whether to still to try and use it or send it back. The stone is beautiful and well made, but I was expecting a thinner lighter panel to place over my existing ceramic tile faced fireplace. I might now need to remove the ceramic tile to To account for the extra thickness of the stone.
