Overall I am satisfied with this heater. It gives even heat without a fan, which is what I need for my allergies. However, the remote control never worked and I cannot program the heater to display the temperature in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. I've figured out what I need to set it at, so I'm getting by. If it wasn't so inconvenient to return it and order another, I probably would, but don't want to live without for the time it would take to do it. I'm probably letting the manufacturer off the hook by doing that.

I live in a mountainous, rural area in a rental house. Currently, the house needs a new roof and new siding and has no central heating system. However, the Aura seems to be holding its own. I turn it on when I get up in the morning, put it on "Auto" until the passive solar catches up, turn off the heater. If needed, I turn it on again in the evening but so far, temperatures haven't necessitated this. The heater was dropped at some point in the shipping process and the grill at the top was damaged. This has not affected the heater's operation.

This is one nice piece of furniture. At first glance I thought I goofed and purchased a TV set. The body is solid and sleek looking. It heats-up so quietly that I didn't Know it was on! I peeled the stickers off the front of the panel and had a heck of a time getting the adhesive off the black screen. Maybe, I should not of removed them - don't know? I'm thankful I found this product.

The box arrived damaged and taped back together, so it may be what is causing these problems: Personal setting for (C or F, temperature, etc) are lost each time it is turned off. Temperature settings don't work. The product information says that it takes longer to heat, but an hour to warm a 400 sq ft area is too long. The legs are unstable; it needs to be stabalized. Once it heats up, the heat is puts out is very good,

I like this product. love the wheels easy to move and nice to look at! I still can not understand how to set the timer? It does not have very clear instructions. It does put out great heat !

We purchased this heater for our living room, which has vaulted ceilings and needed a little heat boost to add to the forced air. This heater did not cut the mustard. When it arrived it was dented on the back, as if it had been dropped, but it didn't matter cosmetically. But may be why the heat output is so inferior. We moved it to a smaller bedroom, and it helps a little, but not much. It also goes to Celsius when you plug it in, and you have to go through a little sequence of button pushing every single time to make it display Fahrenheit. We are returning this heater, not effective enough for the price.

Several issues: stickers on glass face hard to remove. Screws to wall mount somewhere on back, but not marked. On HI, temperature not regulated. On TEMP, temperature fluctuates. Manual has NO photos of the back, the reason I couldn't figure out which screws to use on the wall mount., Manual not available online. If my last panel heater still worked, I would have returned this one.

I live in an apartment with no central heat. I have tried several different ways to heat it, but have always been concerned with fire hazards and turning heaters off when I sleep or am gone and the cost of electricity. I bought 2 of these heaters to heat 3 full rooms. They work great. I set the thermostat to the temp I want the house to stay at and I'm done. I no longer have to come home to a cold house after work and turn on the space heaters, they regulate themselves just like central heat. They remain cool enough that my cat regularly rubs up against them when they are running with no problem. Very quiet, no noise like space heaters. They have been very accurate in determing room temp. Very stable on the wheels, not easy to tip over. Very stylish and will fit any decor, especially if wall mounted. Very cost efective. They heat much more effectively with less energy. Will most definitely buy again.

I placed the heater in a very large cold room with high ceilings and it really helped make it comfortable while the weatherwas freezing cold!

The product was purchased as a gift and after 2 days the thermostat stopped working. The machine broke after a total of approx 7 hours of actual use. It was nice looking but had to be returned. A different item was purchased at a different location. The return process was good.

Needed a heater for a room over the garage that was always cold and the Aura glass panel heater has been the best solution of all the heaters we have tried. The heater can be set on auto mode and set at comfortable or just keep warm level. I can also run it at low mode for energy savings as well. The unit is super quiet and looks modern. Well built.

I use oil filled electric heaters because they are cheap to operate and heat very well, however I was looking for something that would make instant heat. This does just that and provides the same amount of heat as a oil filled heater but with style. The top part of the glass can get hot enough to hurt but not burn, the top vent will burn you if you put your hand or fingers on it. The only downside and its not really a down side I'm just lazy, is that the default temperature display is in Celsius but by pressing the mode and temp buttons at the same time it will switch to Fahrenheit.

Great heater , Looks fantastic, energy efficient, awesome price ....will most certainly buy more !!
