We were hesitant in purchasing this flush handle because the title does not include an actuator, the picture does not include the actuator, and the description makes no mention of an actuator. We ordered it anyway expecting no actuator and were ready to retrofit with an actuator from a different toilet. It would be helpful for other purchasers if you at the very least mention that this item includes an actuator.

Barely sufficient
The handle that I purchased works, but it is barely even sufficient. You must hold down the handle until the bowl is completely flushed.
