I purchased this gun to paint a block wall. I only had a small 6 gallon compressor, but this was plenty to support this gun, no matter what the box said. The paint sprayer was excellent and very easy to use. If you have small compressor and need a paint sprayer, I would highly recommend this gun. Work much better then any of the electric sprayers. Only week point is the manual, but this gun is so easy to use, that you really hardly need the manual.

It Works Just Fine
This spray gun works just fine with exterior latex paint. I used Behr Stucco paint slightly thinned with water and 50 psi of air pressure. The stucco looks beautiful. There was very little over spray. I have no complaints.

Value for Performance
Works well. Not an expensive sprayer. Used to paint deck. Not difficult to clan. Pattern was consistent. Don't have anything else to say but have not reached minimum yet. Guess need to say a little more. This is kinda dumb to have a review that requires 50 letters. Guess will keep on making letters for Home Depot IT people to see. When does this end?

Works great!
Built a bookcase and dresser and used this gun to spray interior paint. No need to thin. Next project will be stain and polyurethane finish and expect to have zero problems.

So-So
Paint gun has a narrow nozzle point, therefore the spray of latex paint is not as smooth as one was hoping... however one cannot expect a <30 sprayer to spray equal to a $1000.
It does work great with stains, thinned oil based paint, and it probably works well with some Latex, just not my exterior quality thick stuff.

Did good for my first spray gun experience.
I used the spray gun to paint the wainscoting in my kitchen (about 30 linear feet). Used latex paint thinned per the manufacturers instructions. The finish came out nice, but I think the spray was on the light side. Being a first time user I was not sure what to look for. The instructions did a decent job of trying to explain what to look for to get the pattern and amount set correctly, but I think it takes a little experience.
The only thing that concerned me was there did seem to be a light paint dust created. Though this may have been caused because the spray volume was set too light. I had an exhaust fan running and wore a dust mask so no harm there, but I did not cover everything so some paint dust may have collected on the floor and appliance tops.

can't use with smaller air compressors
I was looking for a basic paint sprayer that I could use with my small air compressor. What I was unable to find on the website or reviews, but was clearly marked on the box--when I got it--was that it does not work with smaller compressors. It's going back, and I am going to have to spend some time looking for experts in the tool department of my local hardware store.

C H spray gun
Depend what u looking for this gun fit my needs.Good for remodeling use with many kinds of paint: latex (which is most important for me),oil, stain etc.Don't use it if u wanna paint a car or bike not recommended even by C H. This gun need low air consumption that means u can use it even with small compressor which is great.Easy to clean up if u do that right after use.Full recommendation
