It did not heat in area 4 feet around it not a good product

Looks nice. Doesn’t put out a lot of heat but does keep your face and hands warm. Instruction were poor but not to hard to figure out.

The component quality of this product is fair and just barely meets what I would consider reasonable for the price. Assembly is pretty straight forward, though quite generic; not even a manufacturer is stated on the cover of the owner's manual. My grievance is that the one I just purchased had a leaking pilot light fuel tube (preassembled) that caused a flame below the pilot unit and subsequently damaged the insulation on the ignition component. The owner's manual says to contact them for problems and not to return to The Home Depot. Well, I kept getting the "all operators are attending others calls" message, referred to the website and full voicemail box notice. The website only states the criteria on how to return it, postage on you. I haven't yet, but I'm off to Home Depot. I'm sure they will take care of me with a replacement. I'm still on the fence as to if I would recommend this product. Who knows, it could just be bad luck with that particular one. That's why I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt with three stars instead of two.

Perfect for a patio table!

Bought this for my mother for her patio because it gets very cold in Show Low. Wanted the most btus and this one works great, going to check out the adaptor so we can get a bigger canister of propane on it, I know it is adaptable. She loves it and we do too when we want to go outside for a little while.

My husband loves to sit on the porch. I wanted something that would keep my husband warm while he was outside. This heater was the perfect height and size when you have a low roof. He is going to put up some plywood around the bottom of the rails to keep the wind off so the flame won't blow out but he has really enjoyed it. The unit is also small enough that he can bring it in while he is gone for the week since his job takes him away from home.
