I like the new buttons the light light and so easy to use

Buyer Beware of GE The previous model PVM1870 was very smilar to this model but they must have redesigned it due to the product failure rate. My microwave worked great for the first 6 1/2 years, then it would make a fan noise when you opened the door but it was not on. Then it just stopped working completely. The light, exhaust fan, contrrol panel display and clock are still lit and function but when attempting to cook it does nothing. Something that cost over $400.00 should last more than 6 1/2 years.

Home Depot's customer service was great. The person arrived on time, was clean and friendly. He did the work in a short time. I am very satisfied with the product and the work.

I have had my GE Profile Microwave for almost 4 years now and love it. I has great preprogramed selections such as soften with sub-choices for butter and ice cream and the popcorn feature makes perfect popcorn. Since I've had this microwave I always get perfect popcorn never burned. I would buy this machine again and recommend to anyone that asks.

We did a lot of homework reviewing brands and models and decided to purchase this GE Profile Series unit. It looks great, is easier to clean, is much quieter and throws a lot more light on our countertop cooking rack. We are very pleased with the design and its functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave looks great in black. Alot of black microwaves just look very boxy, but this one stands out in appearance. I like stainless, but not in my house as I can't stand the streaking. And I do not want to be constantly cleaning the outside of my appliances. The express keys and "add 30 seconds" sealed the deal for me.

Will definitely order this same product again as I have them in 27 rental units and from Home Depot.

Has plenty of buttons for whatever you want to microwave from reheating, cooking, defrost... Love the look, impressed with the inside too, plenty of room to microwave using larger dishes- it does look to be well built and easy to clean... I am very happy, so far, with this purchase... tho, I have only had it short time. very satisfied..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is easy to use and produces fantastic results. It looks elegant in the kitchen and I love the power saver feature. A few homes ago, we had a GE Profile OTR microwave and it was fabulous. I'm so glad we have one again.

Good interior size, huge turn table, heats well and has nice features. So far no complaints or problems. I like the dark gray interior, not as harsh on the eye when opening the door vs white interiors.

does everything a microwave should. vent is a little weak

Purchased as a replacement at a rental unit. My recommendation is that if this happens to you, order the product online. I didn't. I went into the store first, purchased the microwave and the installer refused to install saying something about the screws not matching. So I looked up the similar model online and did everything online. Much smoother process. People in the store are useless.

We Have owned GE Profile appliances and have been happy with them. But they rarely work perfectly at the beginning. There is always something wrong. However, whatever it is wrong the GE Appliance Repair technicians come to our home promptly and always fix it to our satisfaction. And they stay fixed after that.

We like the sensor cooking and the express cooking panel.
