Lasted only ten years
It was working then it suddenly stopped working. Wished it lasted longer.

3 STRIKES and your OUT!
Installed GE Profile Appliances in 2011 new home. All appliances work fine except Convection/Microwave. Builder installed counter top Convection/Microwave with 30" trim kit for wall cabinet installation. In 6-1/2 years, had 2 repairs and unit has stop working for the 3rd time. Liked this unit when it worked. Will have to replace this discontinued unit because of reliability and continual cost for repairs.

2 yr old junk
This was purchased in 2015, with moderate daily usage. Convection was rarely used. Just broke down 2 days ago, i.e., will not turn on when I press either the express button or the timed cooking. But guess what...it turns on when I open the door!

This was a really expensive microwave. We have had issues since the warranty expired. The latest issue is when you press any cooking time, the timer counts down, and light comes on, but the tray doesn't spin and there is no power. I went to HD to buy another microwave, and the associate told me not to buy GE or Magic Chef. So we pulled out our old Panasonic and it still works, even though it is 15 years old. I am done buying GE products.

3 yrs old, stopped working
This was an expressive microwave. Only 3 years old, and now when you use any function, only light and timer come on, no turntable or motor. Poor product.

Love that it is a microwave and convection oven
I purchased this to replace my prior very old microwave/convection oven that was identical to this one. I was happy to find that after many years they still continue to make this model and it was identical to the one I purchased many years ago.

Top shelf product...sturdy, roomy, efficient
This model served me well more than a decade. This is my second one. Large and roomy, sturdy, reliable, easy to use and clean. Love the smooth turntable feature.

not my first color choice

Convection option is great!
I enjoy having the convection option. During holidays and parties, it is nice to have additional ovens used (not microwaves.)
I actually own two of this same microwave, one is housed in our outside kitchen!

Happy with our new microwave
Our original microwave died after 35 years. We were uncertain about which new one to buy due to all the new features. We bought the combination microwave and convection oven and are very pleased with it. The convection oven has proven very useful and it cooks faster than our regular oven.

Great Product
Bought similar GE model many years ago, after many years of good service finally had to replace. Found this model which was similar to our old convection microwave. My wife is very pleased with the new model, great product.

Love Features - Wish I could close without bang
Love both the microwave and convection ovens! Love the aesthetic as well. Both ovens work great. Love how quickly the oven is ready on convection! Easy and intuitive button selections, and the screen coaches you through the steps. I only wish there was a handle or some way to close it so that it didn't bang - Because we can't hold the door latch out to close, the latch seriously bangs every time you close - even if closing at a snails pace.

Replacement

Cheaply made
The convection fan in first one of these "clacked" right out of the box, so we had to exchange it. It seems to be more cheaply made than the GE Profile oven that we had to replace after 15 years.

Easy to use
My daughter and I cooked cupcakes in convection mode. They came out awesome . The controls are easy to use. It took me a few minutes to figure out to begin preheating mode I had to PUSH the dial. ( it is noted in the instructions. I just didn't understand at first.) The installation team were great. They knew what they were doing. Very nice and professional.
