It's not a vent. There are no holes for ventilation. It was just a decorative foam triangle. It looks like a vent, but it's NOT a vent.

The louvers came in faster than expected, were easy to paint, were easy to install and look great!

This was a quality piece of work, unfortunately I must have mis-read the information because I needed one that had the open louvres. If you're looking for just a Decorative piece- then, yes, I would have definitely have mounted it on my garage.
