We bought this about three weeks ago, love the quietness and the many features the dishwasher has to offer.

Bought this in May. My two concerns were 1- quiet enough to hear conversation and TV 2- I wanted to see what cycle was running.

I bought this dishwasher based on several factors: I had a KitchenAid dishwasher in a previous house and loved it and Consumer Reports had it very highly rated. For the first two years of use, it has worked wonderfully, but the last month, the top rack kept coming off the rollers. Upon closer inspection, it was found to be broken plastic pieces on the rollers that had broken. Since I had bought the 5 year extended warranty through the company that I bought the dishwasher, I called and they ordered a new top rack roller kit that was easily obtained and installed. My only complaint is that if the company had already made a replacement kit with metal pieces, why didn't they send out a recall or replacement pieces to those that had already purchased this dishwasher. The dishwasher does a fantastic job in washing the dishes. It is extremely quiet. Otherwise, I love this dishwasher and would buy another. But, prior to purchase I will check out for plastic parts.

Bought this a month ago to replace a Bosch dishwasher and love and it cleans fantastic

It was time to replace our 25yr old dishwasher so after some research online and reading reviews we selected KitchenAid. It is so quiet if not for the lights we would not know it was running. Lots of space and does a great job. No more washing dishes before we load dishwasher. Better than advertized!!!

I have had this machine 2 years and it has required 3 service calls during that time with only weekly use.

ITS work great but only problem I have very small button writing and in front when you standing is hard to band every time to see which cycle you want and very small

I bought this dishwasher a week ago and have used it every day since then. It is so quiet I have to put my ear next to it to see if it is in fact running. The dishes and pots come out very clean and are dry enough to put away immediately. I have to use the lock feature though, because it is very easy to lean against and start a cycle without meaning to.

I have had to repair my dishwasher 2 times now. Others I have own required no repair at all.

I love this dishwasher. Holds a lot of dishes, super quiet, washes well. Has a variety of cycles and options, including a proscrub that power washes. But when it was 3 years old, a screw holding a top rack slide became loose, and caused a major leak out onto my hardwood floors. And only two weeks later, the diverter gave out, so that it would not run; and to fix that the entire motor had to be replaced! And the Warranty did not cover either.

I did not purchase this dishwasher, it came with a BRAND NEW home and was installed correctly. Well needless to say it broke within in 1 month. The lights on the control panel worked sporadically and Kitchenaid said there was nothing wrong with it. Maybe I got the lemon of their dishwashers but after 2 years the dishwasher NO LONGER works at all. It now serves as an expensive drying rack for my dishes. I will never buy a large kitchen aid product again. (I love their small mixers etc. but their large products do not work well.) Oh and Kitchen aid only thinks that appliances break Monday-Friday.

Bought a little over a month ago when we switched our appliances to Stainless Steel. Very happy with selection. Very quiet. The repeat setting (press start twice) is very cool. Only one that had a specific 'China' setting

We have two houses with KitchenAid dishwasher in both. It cleans dishes, glassware and stainless pots and pans unlike any other dishwasher I have ever owned. I especially like the knife/fork/spoon compartments. It allows each to be washed thoroughly without any of them sticking together.

Worse thing to buy. Broke since 4 weeks . Hand washing Dishes. Bought it less than year ago. I have all kinds of warranties but stuck with this broken dishwasher .

I ordered this a month ago, but still haven't received the part.

Bought this product about 4 yrs ago and got an extended warranty. Have had the repairman out about every 6 months. They've replaced the motherboard twice...and guess what, it's failed again. An absolute piece of junk.

I have purchased 2 kitchen aid dishwashers in the past 8 years. The first one i bought may have been a fluke as nothing ever got clean. So again I purchases another thinking the brand name was so good it must be me. Well it is not me. I have tried numerous products rinses etc to get these dishes clean but to no avail as they still come out with some sort of food particle on them. Be informed that I take steps ahead of time to prewash dishes, make sure disposal is clean, make sure water is very hot, put vinegar in rinse. My teenage sons says that our dishes have not really been clean for a while. Warning to all ...these energy saving products are a real disappointment

Quiet, does a great job of cleaning the dishes. I replaced another model which wasn't,t cleaning the dishes.

Can hear it run....so quiet. Don't need the delay start. We have a compact style great room/kitchen combined house....so sound levels were of concern to us....well my title says it all. As a bonus it even seems to wash the dishes well! We had an issue with the door panel (stainless) being off color...contacted service and had a service man come out....he ordered the new door panel and was installed within a week. He suggest that we only use a teaspoon of detergent per wash.....looks like we have a couple of years of detergent!

Replaced my old kitchen aid dishwasher with this beauty. Sleek clean look delivers many options. Love the fact it is so quiet. We have open concept floor plan and I can run the dishwasher and no one knows it's on!

I bought this a couple months ago and I am so happy with how it works and all the great features on it.

This is the quietest and most efficient dishwasher I have ever owned! Actually had to lean over and put my head close to the unit to hear it working. And it does a MARVELOUS job of getting things clean, even plastic containers never have a greasy residue. I HIGHLY recommend this one!
