Great glass cooktop. I replaced my old one with this one and works perfect after 3 weeks. having all the knobs on the right side makes it easier to cook and clean. It cleans up easily with a commercial glass cooktop cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a great price on this cooktop and built a cabinet around it, replacing a cringeworthy old range-oven and poorly built, inefficient cabinets. The new setup is a total delight. Rarely used over replaced with large countertop convection oven. (No more bending over . . . big enough for pizzas, whole chickens, baking.)

I've had this stovetop for about six months now. I had never owned a Frigidaire before and didn't necessarily set out to buy this brand; more like I didn't have a choice due to the size I needed. My house was built in the 60's - as time has evolved, stovetops are deeper in depth and shorter in width. I needed wide and narrow so went with this. This is a pretty decent stovetop. It does heat up quickly and when turned down, lowers heat quickly; however, boiling water is about the same as any other non-rapid boil burner (takes a bit!). If they would have designed this with the indicator light to show you which burner was hot, I would have given it a 5 star rating. It only has one light that indicates the stovetop is hot; just not which burner. I highly and I mean HIGHLY, recommend purchasing the Cerama Bryte cleaners for this stovetop. On my previous glass stovetop, I could use just soapy Dawn dishwater; not with this one. I have used all the cleaners from Cerama Bryte and particularly love the wipes for quick clean ups. Again, overall, decent stovetop. Not "chef's kitchen" quality by any stretch of the imagination, but it gets the job done. (Sorry for the glare on the photo - really sunny day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a coiled electric cooktop to this beauty so it’s quite a change, but I never realized how the coils did not heat evenly! Every side of the pan receives the same heat which has improved my cooking! Easy to clean. Love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted gas, but, alas, there was no gas in the pipe below the cooktop. However, I have become used to this and appreciate the knobs, which makes the cooktop feel more like the gas cooktops I'm used to. I don't understand the area for "warming" because after using the cooktop, that burner is hot for a long time. I need to remember to turn off the electricity of the burner I'm using because, unlike gas, the heat continues for a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the cooktop that was installed with my kitchen upgrade in my new home. I would have preferred gas. However the functionality of the cooktop has been great. I do not like the glass surface as it is very challenging to keep clean and streak free. As far as the functionality and cooking it has been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the cooktop through the builder. It does look very nice and works well, but I have two issues which made me rate it with 3 stars. First, it doesn’t clean well, even with special cleaners there are always smudges and second, the “keep warm” burner’s temperature is too low for my taste.

NOT A 5 BURNER COOKTOP!! DO NOT BUY. I really wanted a 5 element cooktop. I was soooo disappointed to find, after installing, that this IS NOT a 5 element cooktop. The upper middle element is a "keep warm zone" ie: completely useless. I thought/hoped maybe it was broken. Called for service. Nope. It only keeps something semi-warm if it is already hot/cooked. You cannot cook with it. False advertising!!!!!! I’ve had this cooktop for 6 months or so. Recently I’ve discovered (by burning myself) that when using the upper left large burner the whole left & lower middle gets really hot, including the display panel. This is really dangerous and scary! Now I’m worried that the whole thing may over heat and shatter the glass. I reeeally regret trying to save $300, buying this on sale around $400. Dangerous piece of junk.
