[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit stopped working a month after the 1 year warranty expired. It wouldn’t fill with water. After going through a list of things to check, I discovered the latch assembly and connected wires were completely fried. We’ve had no major storms and nothing else in the house has stopped working like this. Complete junk.

Absolute junk. Prior owners installed as part of "upgrade" prior to putting their house on market. Broke twice in the first 2 years of ownership. See picture of part that the glue pulled apart with normal use. I later searched that it's less than $300 so can't expect much but really such junk that will probably replace in the next year. 1st service visit was where control panel didn't work anymore and repairmen found that a connector had loosed in the course of normal operation. On top of it all, it barely washes the dishes...

The blade in the bottom keeps spinning off and melts to the bottom and ruins it. We have had to replace it 4 times!!! It also does not wash very well at all; I prewash my dishes and I still have stuff left on it or a film on them. I have had nothing but problems with this dishwasher since we got it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a few weeks. Installation was pretty straightforward. Works pretty well. The only negative is the strong plastic odor. I’m hoping this will disappear in the near future.

Horrible. It ran correctly once and after that it stopped draining. I had to get the dirty dishwasher out with a turkey baster.

I love my new dishwasher my dishes are very clean but this washer is very quiet very happy with my choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clip broke on the top each the first week. The top rack is not that easy to slide in and out. It is also not very deep. Very small silverware tray. Seems to clean the dishes well.

Have not used yet but sure looks nice in my house. Contractor installed as well as a garbage disposal with a common drain and reported no issues installing.

The Frigidaire dishwasher is efficient and surprisingly quiet.

Dishwasher does a great job ! My only problem is the silverware basket is small, loose and doesn't look anything like the manual pictures. But at least everything got cleaned ! I would have posted photos but the add photo button did not work.

Got the dishwasher a month ago to replace one that had not been used in decades. (More on that later.) The unit has a strange handle--actually no handle at all. There is an inset mechanism that opens with a press of the fingertips. The door clicks shut and open. It's not a problem, but just an odd design; it's not brain surgery. Would I rather have an ugly latch? Not really. It's streamlined and fits under the counter. I find I use the light cycle, but there are several choices. I don't use the "delay" or the heated dry, but they are there if I want to use them. I find the top is deep enough for my tallest glasses. My criteria for this purchase was to find the least expensive unit that also had a grinder. The old unit we replaced did not have a grinder, and as a result we always had to disassemble everything to clean out the drain, which eventually resulted in lost screws and missing parts.. We have NEVER had to clean out the drain for this one, though I have used a sponge to wipe visible debris above the drain, just to be cautious. Only had the unit for a month so far, but it has cleaned the dishes, does not leak, holds a large load. I have been very pleased with the way it works.

This is a great no-frills dishwasher. It replaces a four or five year old Sears Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher that was complete junk and was literally falling apart. This one is a little louder. The old machine only had three cycles at normal wash with high temp setting, two washes and one rinse. This Frigidaire model, also with high temp selected, has five washes and two rinses. The difference in cleanliness is noticeable. The silverware rack is pretty flimsy, but I just use the old one from the Sears model. The only real complaint I have is in opening it. The latch has a very small lip to grab. If you have wet fingers and/or any fingernails at at all it will be a pain to open, both literally and figuratively. Overall, I would say this was a good deal for the $230 I paid for it.

This dishwasher is super quiet while it washes the larger than standard load of dishes, pots, pans, and glasses. Along with its sleek look, it is very easy to use. I am very happy with this product.

I checked around for price and features before purchasing and it was the best deal for a stainless dishwasher. The delivery was prompt and the delivery person was very personable.

This was the icing on the cake for my kitchen, now my kitchen pop's.

Comparing prices with features, this Frigidaire was priced right and has what we need for basic dishwashing. I run my dishwasher every night and the product reviews mentioned that it was "quiet". My husband needs to be in bed early so that was important as my old dishwasher was fairly noisy. Unfortunately so is this one. I was disappointed when I could hear it in my bedroom! It does have a delay (2, 4, 6 hour) which is handy. Other reviews mentioned the door was hard to latch, but I have not found that to be true. It's a normal "push" to make sure it's latched before running. For the price I can't expect more than I got. Delivery was fast, husband installed. Cons: The bottom rack wants to roll back in when pulled all the way out, which is annoying. I personally didn't like the silverware tray so put my old one in from previous dishwasher. Inside is smaller and parts feel "cheap" and "flimsy". If this model had been on display at Home Depot, or I had a little more money, I may not have chosen it.

Nothing fancy but overall good quality and super quiet. Very pleased with the purchase.

We received our new appliances on time and in excellent conditions. Unfortunately, due a simple water valve not working ( they should be prepare for this type of issues ), the installed company make us wait around one week without any appliances . The refrigerator have a small noise that I wasn't expected but all works fine. Hope this last for many years...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ours is a builder supplied item. The dishwasher does wash and clean the dishes, but it’s extremely loud, but the real mess is it doesn’t dry the dishes... I wouldn’t pick it, but we didn’t have a choice.
