I have this refrigerator over a month. I love the design of the interior shelving both in the freezer and refrigerator. The lighting is led and very adequate. All the shelves can be moved to a desired positon including those on the door. I would have preferrred the crinkled lookto be on the door also, not just on the rest of the body.

Problems: Automatic defrost not working properly; 1/4" to 1" frost on all items in freezer, plus icicles hanging from freezer walls, door, shelving, and bins. The pan to collect defrost water is tipped so water collects on left side and spills when refrigerator is moved. 1"-2" frost buildup under back vent in refrigerator section (temperature set to normal). Freezer door makes loud screech when opened or closed. This refrigerator replaced an earlier Frigidaire that couldn't maintain temperature in the freezer or refrigerator. Two lemons in a row!

Home Depot delivered it with instructions to reverse the hinge on the door, but had to send a different crew out a week later to do that. The icemaker has never worked and another tech is scheduled to come out tomorrow to look at that. Tonight we realized that the frozen food we bought has melted and the freezer is on the default setting. Basically, it's been three calls to Home Depot for terrible service on a product that does not appear to be working.

I love how this refrigerator looks inside and out. I've had no performance issues. I'm disappointed that the freezer doesn't hold as much as I'd like; but that's just a personal preference. (watch for this to go on sale)

It is fine, this one does not get frost build up in freezer like the first one. It works fine

Product delivered couldn't maintain a freezing freezer or sufficiently cold refrigerator. Hard to judge the rest of it as it has been useless to be so far. Very disappointed in how Frigidaire is backing up their product. They really don't seem that concerned that they provided a dud unit.

It was hard to find a fridge to fit in our specific measurements, but this fits the spot perfectly. The freezer is a bit small, but workable. We love the fridge storage shelves!

The quality of this refrigerator surpasses the Whirlpool 18 c.u.

Love my Frigidaire Gallery! So much easier to get items and clean with the pull out shelves. This one is smaller than my last refrigerator and was fearful I would not have enough space but I've not noticed loss of any space. Very happy!

I purchased this unit for my vacation home because it had a lot of interior space without being to large in exterior size. In addition the shelving provides a lot of flexibility because they can be arranged in a variety of ways.

There are known problems re freezer and don't disclose when buying. Frost and condensation.

I eventually had 2 different refrigerators delivered and neither of them worked. Basically, the product sucked.

We've had this refrigerator for about three or four months. It's doing it's job -- keeping things cold, making ice, etc. But I am so disappointed in the storage space. This was the biggest fridge we could purchase due to narrow doorways in and out of our kitchen. It's slightly narrower than our old fridge but much deeper. I think that extra depth is just for electronic components, particularly in the freezer area. The freezer on this thing is so small. I can't keep my ice cream bowl in there (which I need for making ice cream), I can't keep chicken parts for making stock, and there's no way I can cook ahead and freeze extra portions. We're a family of three. We eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home (or at work/school) 90% of the time. The refrigerator is pretty much the hub of our house, and it kills me that it's so small. Why can I only fix six apples and a bunch of grapes in the fruit bin? How the heck am I supposed to feed my family nutritious meals when there's literally no room for produce? Also, I was super excited about the customizable door storage. It's a total pain. You can't have many tall items, and the upper bins completely block you from seeing anything in the lower bin. The butter drawer is nice and roomy, though. Like I said, the fridge runs well. The ice maker is a little loud (and has a limited capacity, of course, that my family and a guest can plow through in a day), but the real problem is the lack of space. That's not completely Frigidaire's fault as I can only have a fridge that's so wide, but come on. If you're making it deeper, don't decrease the actual area available for storage.

I looked for weeks at various refrigerators on line for the split adjustable shelves on the interior and the door --- exactly what I had before from an older frig. This was the only one that had almost everything that I wanted. It did need an additional shelf which when you see the interior should have been included. I almost ordered one but I saved one from my old unit and it fit perfectly. Also, I ordered an additional movable unit for the door as I didn't need the soda can dispenser (at a very reasonable price). The one thing that I didn't like was all the labels on the inside that had heavy glue. Took several hours and a special glue remover to get all of it off.

Everything is great with this Fridge The only issue I had was with the ice maker. After 5 days I had only gotten about 10 cubes out of it. I had the freezer temp setting at the normal setting (mid way). I bumped it up to about 3/4 and it now works like a champ.
