Upon receiving, there was no mounting hardware, so I went a different route. Although the quality of the rod itself leads me to believe that I would have been happy with it, had I been able to use it.

Great quality and looks very nice!

The rod itself is fine but the mounting flanges are not designed right to feel safe that the rod will not pop out if the rod were to flex a little. The flanges will on hold about 3/16" of the rod on each end if even that much, bad design. I ended up ordering some quality flanges from another company that hold about 1 1/4" on each end and also has set screws to hold rod from moving and just used the rod as it was faster at the time to get my bathroom done.

The rod was a tad short for our opening (old houses never have standard measurements or plumb walls), but we were able to make some modifications so that it fit. The next size up would have been way too long and double in price. I would have liked a heavier duty rod, but was not willing to pay a hefty price for it. It meets our needs nicely.

Very happy to have a screw down rod available in Nickel color! Very important to watch , not to cut your pole too short ,because flange is not very deep!!!

Love the shower curtain. Added a great element to the bath space.

This was a great rod but I had to return because it was too long.

I ordered online. The box arrived very beat up and torn. The rod had a bend in it and was missing the flanges. I am very disappointed with Home Depot in their customer service. I called HD, and they said I had to ship the product back (difficult in such a torn box) or return to store to get a refund, and then separately create a new order to get a replacement. Additionally they were unable to register my note that the flanges were missing (which I notice from another new review had the same issue so all the more reason to take note to prevent further issues for other customers).

The rod had a slight bend in it. Maybe I missed that in the description but it was disappointing. Now it wants to sit a particular way. It wasn't bad enough to send back but I won't buy this brand for my other bathroom.

I ordered two rods. They arrived at HD together but one box was shorter than the other so I opened there and then to see why. The box for one rod was missing the flanges. HD was NO help in getting the missing flanges. The rods themselves are excellent quality and my contractor cut them to size. It is so much better to have one continuous bar and have the ends fixed to the wall. I had to buy new flanges which I like better anyway as the the one set that came with it was 3" diameter and I prefer smaller. Do wish there was better quality control at the shipping end and better response from HD.

You have to measure the distance between the walls very carefully to get the right size as the rod could otherwise slide, as this is not an expandable rod. We like it so far and the brushed nickle looks nice.

Was easy to install & looks great for the price. Should hold up well.

For $50 you would expect a little better quality. Thin

This clearly does its intended job and is sturdy. The bar fits the end brackets loosely allowing it to spin and move up and down. Tighter fit would be better. Must be cut to length.

It is a nice looking rod. It goes with the rest of the brushed nickel products in the bathroom.

This shower rod is VERY nice and well made. It matches great with our nickel shower/tub faucet. I found it difficult to find a fixed, nickel shower rod and I am happy I found this on the Home Depot website who also shipped it for FREE.

Just what we wanted. It matches our faucet and other satin nickel pieces.
