We had this faucet professionally installed in July 2016. It’s been a great faucet for the two of us until recently when it started leaking at the base.

I purchased this faucet Feb. 28, 2022. Had it installed by professional plumber. Everything okay the first day, second day it started to leak at base. Had plumber come back, the only thing he found was a screw was loose from the factory. Tightened it, all was good and then it started to leak again and has gotten worse.

New house, new faucet. Needed ADA and Multi-handed (works for both right and left handed people). Took the faucet out today to wash large bunch of escarole and noticed the ball joint where the hose goes into the handle leaks badly depending upon angle of handle.

This faucet is 4 years old and the base is starting to deteriorate and peel away.

The one that we have installed now is our second one installed after we remodeled our kitchen. We really like the shape and the function is pretty good. The one weak area are the spray selection buttons. They will break in time and should be considered a wear item. They have lasted about 3-4 years on average before breaking

I purchased in a new home in 2015 The finish where the faucet handle pivots, has worn away, the cold hot emblem fell out, and now the braided hose where the wand attaches is leaking all over I would not recomment

I installed this faucet approximately two years ago, and it has been working perfectly since that time. My only beef with it is that the counter-balance weight used to retract the spray handle regularly gets tied up in my under sink shut off valves, making the spray handle difficult to pull out (need to shake it, to get it "unstuck"). Over the past month or so, things started to stiffen up, and it was incredibly difficult to rotate the faucet from side to side. After fooling around with things for a while, I ended up calling Koehler hoping they had a suggestion on how to free things up. I explained the issue I was having, and the (very friendly) lady that I spoke with, asked a few questions..."where I purchased it from" (HD), and "how long ago did I install it". After answering her questions, she asked me for my address, and immediately said that she was going to ship me an entirely new fixture! Four days later (today), the new in the box faucet arrived via FedEx. Bottom line, the product worked very well, and when I did encounter an issue 2+ years after installation, Kohler's absolutely fabulous customer support came through more than I could have ever hoped, Great product...great company...can't go wrong.

We have lived in our home for 5 years now and the forte faucet is what was installed when we moved in. Recently the handle has become very wobbly, and is also difficult to swivel. We have a lot of leakage happening under the sink, and at times will have a countertop full of water in the morning- it appears water is seeping out from Where the face meets the granite countertop. Is there any help out there for these issues? Thank you- Nancy

The faucet is beautiful and works very well. If I could change something, it would be how well the sprayer recoils to sit on the faucet base. I find the head doesn't always snap in very well and hangs sort of limply off the base. It's a manageable issue, we just need to be more careful about making sure the sprayer is placed onto the base so that it stays snapped in.

This is a much better faucet compared to the Coralais. Our experience with the Coralais faucet was that the water volume was weak. Kohler Customer Service was there to help troubleshoot and sent out a new valve kit and handspray assembly. However, this did not help increase the volume. Kohler was very generous and upgraded us to the Forte, which has much better volume and very sleek lines. Kohler Customer Service team is the best.

Gthis is the third faucet I’ve bought and wouldn’t get any other one since I love it. We have moved a lot and alwsys went to kohler and got the same one again. My sister and niece both bought one also after seeing how nice it looked and worked. Please don’t ever take this faucet off your listings. Thank you

We love our Forte 3-hole kitchen sink faucet! The look is sleek and simple, the handle is easy to use, and we love the flexibility of the pull out hose and the multiple water settings. Kohler makes great products and this is clearly one of them. We strongly recommend it.

One of the buttons broke, but I can't find a replacement.

I gave myself about two months to use the faucet. Let me say that my husband and I have renovated 2 homes; all with Kohler products and have always been happy with them. This time, I think Kohler fell a bit short on this particular item. It could use a magnet ring between the sprayer and faucet to keep it in place. Even the pro who installed it made mention of it. It tends to flop around if you move the faucet and don't remember to put your hand on the arched piece the sprayer sits in. Otherwise we like it and I appreciate the fine graceful lines of the profile. We had it installed in a single hole.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet. I called customer support and with no issues the polite agent sent out a replacement. All companies should be this caring about there customers

Bought this as a replacement for another brand, so glad I did.

I love the shiny chrome and the sleek look and feel of this faucet. The only thing I don't like is the anchor part of the pull-out piece isn't long or weighty enough - it falls out unless you are very deliberate with replacing it. If you bump it, it will fall out. Kind of annoying, but I'm getting used to it after a month or so. That would be my only recommendation - to fix that aspect.

I bought this a month ago and it's been great. Easy slide spray hose. Attractive although it is taller than it looks on-line. Very good pressure, very good sprayer.

Expensive for the design and quality. There are comparable faucets available at much lower prices. Kohler is a quality company. I returned the faucet.

I bought this faucet in 9/2020. I had it professionally installed. I love the design two issues though. The sprayer falls and does not stay seated. It is installed with a single hole and i can barely push it from one side of the sink to the other. Should I call back the plumber or is there a plumber in the 85226 zip code who is an authorized installer.

Not one to leave lot reviews but learned when faucet 10433-VS seized up, the company was very easy to deal with. After 90 Days Home Depot has you deal direct with manufacturer which thought was going to be not fun. Alley CSR with in minutes setup claim and sent one out. Original bought 2015. 2018 shaft seized so had it serviced but thought not again when 2021 August seized again. Nice when companies stand behind their products.

I purchased this for my wife to replace the Kohler faucet we have been using for the past 16 years. My wife was ready for a change. I have always purchased Kohler products and will continue when necessary in the future.

just orders my second the one I have is 8 years old. the plastic button to change functions has been falling off and re-glued three times. The handle just came off today! we are a busy family of 6, I'm replacing with the exact same product.

Faucet eventually stopped rotating at its base. Only way to turn the faucet is to rotate the entire unit loose from the countertop. Horrid design. Also the button which controls the sprayer popped out and fell down the garbage disposal. This faucet is a nightmare.

We installed the Kohler Forte 10433 faucet in Vibrant Stainless finish in our new home in 2017. It is now 2021 (3 1/2 years later) and the finish has started to deteriorate, and the faucet no longer rotates due to corrosion around the base of the faucet. We hope this is covered by the warranty, and will follow up with the distributor. We are disappointed in the short lifespan of the faucet, because otherwise it worked fine.

This faucet was installed by my builder in our new home. Within two years, the grey buttons that toggle between spray types began falling out, the unit became locked in place (wouldn't swivel), and then began leaking. We thought we had a dud so our plumber ordered a second one (since it was out of warranty) and we had the new one installed in December 2020. Imagine our surprise when it began to corrode within six months and has now sprung a leak where the base meets the counter (in less than eight months of installation). I've always associated Kohler products with quality and durability but this faucet has changed my mind. Very disappointed especially given the high price point of this item (and that doesn't even begin to include the multiple plumber visits).

My kitchen faucet spray adjustment feature fell out and unfortunately went down the garbage disposal. I called today to hopefully get a replacement part and was informed that I am getting a totally new faucet. The gal I worked with was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am thrilled. Lifetime Warranty with Kohler certainly pays. Thank you Kohler.

We are on our second faucet. The first was replaced under warranty, because it apparently developed a slow leak internally and the faucets froze up and wouldn't swivel. Now, this one has small leak that runs down the nylon hose and now it won't swivel side to side. It's really a shame, because the finish and design is great.

I love its design and height over the sink. BUT, the spout does not sit firmly and is wobbly. The plumber opines that its structure is faulty and it will cost me much to uninstall it and install a new faucet.
