Where is the aerator/mesh screen?
Purchased two of these and neither had the mesh screen / aerator on the bottom? Although Kohler has customer service, I can't send them an image to explain the issue. They sent me an entire new spout instead, again, missing the aerator. Is this a separate part #/item #? Kohler, if you see this please contact me and let me know, thanks.

Nice look but bad diverter
I have had this for over 15 years and still love the look. However, I am extremely disappointed that the diverter stopped working again (due to the hard water). I have to buy a replacement for the second time!

Taking off the existing spout can be a challenge without...
Taking off the existing spout can be a challenge without the proper tools and depending how long the existing spout has been connected. Installing the new spout after cleaning the existing pipe and wall was easy.

Color is different
I bought the spout to replace an existing one to match the shower/tub parts. It's a different color than the other parts which are more silver than the replacement which has a touch of gold.

Perfect replacement / incredible customer Support
I cannot say enough about the customer support / lifetime guarantee of the Kohler company. Our entire home is Kohler bathroom fixtures. In 20 years I had to replace one minor, and one major thing. In both cases it was a no hassle call and parts were sent. I have become the biggest Kohler fan just on the level of the customer service department alone! Kudos to everyone there.

I was disappointed that this did not come with the...
I was disappointed that this did not come with the insert to slide this onto the pipe like the old one had. I would have returned it if it wasn’t for the help I received at the store.

Bath Spout
Previously replied to this request, but will do again. Plumber installed but has come back twice - still not great. Sometimes I get proper flow, but 7-8 times out of 10, I get weak flow when I lift lever to switch to shower mode. Water coming out of spout itself is just fine. Switch to shower very disappointing. Want full flow of shower! All my other Kohler products in shower and sink are great.

All I wanted was an easy replacement tub spout
My old spout is the exact same model (brushed chrome). Thought this would be a no brainer in swapping it with a new chrome version. Nope, two turns short of having the spout flush . My brushed chrome spout was a previous replacement and had no issues.

Inadequate instructions
I had a terrible time getting this product installed. It didn't come with the parts needed to install on a copper pipe stub, so I had to use the old parts. Then I couldn't keep it from leaking. I was finally able to get it adjusted to a small leak that my wife agreed is okay.

Only diverts 95% of water to shower head. It should divert 100%. Remaining 5% still comes out of tub spout.

Bath Spout in Brushed Nickel
Looks Good But Didn't Work with our fixture, so basically the plastic part that was inside that
spout to work the plunger that controlled water coming out of the shower was removed and
installed in the old spout which corrected the problem. The Bath Spout is sitting on our work
bench and seemed like a expensive investment for just needing the blue plastic piece .
