No Customer Service
I just received the product with quite a bit of damage. I was able to work my way through it all with only 1 door damaged bad, several hinges bent and missing one set of door handles. I have emailed Home Depot twice with NO return communication. Feeling frustrated.

Exactly as expected
We purchased these storage units for our garage. It took us a little bit to figure out how to assemble the first one, but after that, it went smooth. They looked like the pictures and they work great. Very good value for the price.

There is no back to this cabinet
There is no back to this cabinet. I must have missed that in the description. It's designed to hang on a slotted wall. Cut my own back out of plywood and made it work. Home Depot damaged one of the doors in shipping but since it was on the inside of the panel I'm going to live with it.

Good Product, Bad Shipping
I recieved this in several boxes and while setting it up notice that many of the panels on the sides of the cabinets were scuffed or flat out cracked. The cabinets and products themselves are great. Nice to setup and well built. Would recommend the product, but not the purchase from Home Depot. Have to admit I did not want to deal with repackaging 500 lbs and 10 boxes of product so lived with the scuffs and even the breaks (were not broken completely through). This is a time consuming thing to ship and recieve.
