DUPLICATE LOCKS
This mailbox had several duplicate locks; neighbors could open each others mailboxes.
Warranty does not cover installation. Customers have to pay for installation twice.

Arrived on time...sturdy, easy to install
The box appears to be built well. Installation took about 1 hour. We are an ocean front building so how it stands up to the elements may be a subject for a future review. We added unit numbers over the face of the box number per USPS request.

This is perfect for a smaller complex. It has everything they need: large individual box boxes, secure outgoing mail slot and 2 secure parcel boxes. Given the serious increase in mailbox thefts in Southern California, this should almost be mandatory for small properties.

Nearly an exact replacement with the original unit and we experienced no problems or delays with the USPS. The only problem was that two of the individual mailbox keys were mislabeled which caused some confusion.

Economical solution for 16-unit CBU w/Parcel Lockers
The CBU was as described. Installation instructions were clear.
The bottom surface of the CBU box (not the pedestal) could have been a little more robust in order to support the weight of the box; there is a little wobble even though all of the bolts are tight.

Made in America
Complete and ready to go. Easy to put up. Concrete casting places make the block needed to mount it to or pour your own (if you live in a new neighborhood, someone hasn't poured their driveway yet, grab some of their extra concrete).
