Door was installed in 2016. Do not like the door. Very poor quality. Both side lites leak. Above the door leaks. Side of door frame oozes sap. Bottom of lites allow frost inside of home on extremely cold days. Seals in frames of lites and oval crumbled apart. Patina in oval slipped due to Feather River's tech replacing the frame. It was fine before the repair. Terrible experience with Feather River Doors' customer service. The company will not honor its "lifetime" warranty because a storm door was installed. Would not recommend at all. Buy something else. Awaiting a call back to see if Feather River will at least replace the glass in the oval due to their own tech's mishap in causing the patina to slip.

The door looked good when it was installed, and it still does, EXCEPT the Jambs and frame are horrible. When you purchase the entry door and sidelights, they do not tell you that a coat of polyurethane must be applied annually. This I did, The frame and the door jambs (members between the door and sidelights) do not come pre-finished. The members have a coating of some kind that you must finish with a Minwax finish to give it some grain effect. My entryway is about four years old and last year the jambs and frame started to peal and crack. It looks terrible.. It took Home Depot almost six months to tell me Feather River says their warranty is only good for TWO years. Imagine that. You spend thousands of dollars on a product and the manufacturer does not expect the finish to last longer than two years. I asked Home Depot for a Feather River representative to come and advise me what can be done and a Home Depot manager left a message telling me to sand and paint the parts.

The door and sidelights are absolutely beautiful. Better than we imagined. I would recommend that you purchase the package from your local store. We ordered the door on line and went to our local Home Depot store for the installation. The entire process for installation was a nightmare. After several attempts and way more money than we expected for installation, the door and sidelights are installed and look like they were always a part of our home. The actual person installing the door was terrific and did a great job.
