Sticky glue
We love our door!! It’s very sleek. However, there is a lot of sticky glue around the window. What is the best way to remove it for a more glamorous look?

Thanks for the 5 Star Review and comments. Sorry to hear about the excess sealant, you can try to remove with a razor knife and windex. Once you remove a small ball of sealant it will be tacky, use it to remove the remaining sealant by attaching and pulling. We hope you enjoy your new Medina Center Arch Oak Fiberglass Entry Door. Great door at an even better price
We decided on this door to replace a Thermatru one with a rotted frame. This door came in at half the price and the quality is excellent. The finish looks great and it was shipped securely. There were two minor issues with the door thats why I’m only leaving 4 stars. See the photos. The holes for the latch and deadbolt did not line up correctly and they left screws out on the jamb side. This was a door with sidelights so all screws should have been installed.

The item was packed and wrapped extremely well. It was delivered to my home in perfect condition.

This door is beautiful. It was even more than I expected when I saw it for the first time. It is well constructed. I had a contractor put it in for me but it seemed to go quickly and without issue.

Excellent quality door. Perfectly square with great weather stripping. Installation was straight forward and smooth. Exactly what we had hoped for. It was delivered on time. There was a slight issue with delivery. The door had shifted in the crate and the threshold landed on a 2x4 bending it upward in the center. However once removed from the crate we were able to straighten the threshold fairly well without returning the door. Overall we are very happy with the final result.

Especially if still in original packaging since the door needs to be installed plumb, square, and level vs. door already coming square or plumb in the packaging. Over all I'd say this door is outstanding. Something I didn't notice before I put it in is that the door hinges are ball bearing, this makes for a smooth open and close swings. The looks have greatly improved the looks of the house as well. Quality construction, and simple to put in. Well worth the money spent, I couldn't be happier.

This door cost over $2,000 and came with a deep gouge next to where the lock hole had been drille...
This door cost over $2,000 and came with a deep gouge next to where the lock hole had been drilled. Whoever made the gouge attempted to cover it up with a black marker. The door was placed int the crate with the gouge against the back so it would not be detected when inspected upon receipt. I am working with the manufacture to secure another door slab. No decision yet from them but this door should have never left the factory.

DISAPPOINTED
I JUST RECEIVED DELIVERY OF THIS DOOR AND NOTICE WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED THERE WAS WHITE BORDERS AROUND BOTH THE DOOR AND SIDELITES. I THOUGHT THIS WAS CARDBOARD TO PROTECT THE HINGES. HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT! THE MOLDING IS WHITE AND IS ATTACHED ALL AROUND THE DOOR/SIDELITES. THIS TOTALLY TAKES AWAY THE BEAUTIFUL FINISH OF THIS DOOR AS THE MOLDING IS BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED - I UNDERSTAND THE PHOTO DOES SHOW THIS WHITE MOLDING, BUT NOT THE VINYL INSERT THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE DOOR. I HAVE TO HIRE SOMEONE TO PAINT/STAIN THIS EXPENSIVE DOOR AND TRY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ONE UNIT RATHER THEN PIECE WORK.

Thanks for the review and sorry you did not understand the jamb components were primed wood. The door slab and lite frame would be the only stained components. We do offer stained pvc jambs as a special order option at your local store- the lite frame component would be the same.
