I love my new door. It lights up my hallway now. It’s well made and I still feel safe even though it’s glass. It’s heavy duty and solidly made. Awesome door for the price. I’ve had many compliments on the door since installing it.

This door is stunning! My goal was to replace my beveled-glass insert door with something more updated, and with more glass to allow greater light into my entryway. The 70% privacy rating of this door was an added bonus! Now, my front entry dances in light and the curb appeal of my home is amped up. My DIY husband was happy with the relative ease in installation. The instructions/tips were clear; all parts were included; nothing arrived bent, damaged, or wonky. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This door is a fantastic quality build with beautiful wood grain, solid construction, and a stunning glass insert at a fraction of the price Pella or Marvin would charge for the same quality. I am so happy with our new front door and Feather Rivers. The door is flawless and perfect.

NEVER AGAIN, First let me share with you that we do a whole lot of buying at home depot. Approximately 1K per month at a minimum. I ordered this door on 8.16.17. Despite the tracking number and the assurance on HD site, I was not kept informed of where this door was and store delivery date. I had to call Customer Care to find out when this door was expected to arrive at the store. My husband picked up this door and noted the lower portion of the door jam missing. Since we were going to just hang the door, the door jam was not important. At closer inspection, we noticed that the upper portion of the door had a 4 inch long gauge in it and where the locking mechanism goes - the door was cracked. So it was very clear the door was not solid. We brought ALL of the defects to the attention of the Salt Lake City Management. To our surprise they said they could do "NOTHING", that HD.com was an entirely different entity and the best they could do was order another door. Well, NEVER again will I do business with HD.com. The surprising thing to us was that FEATHER RIVER DOORS are sold INSIDE the HD stores on a regular basis. You can go and purchase one daily if you wanted. I will NEVER buy a HD.com product because the HD brick and mortar store does not have the abilty (or so they say) to deal with damaged merchandise. After waiting MORE than a month - to receive a DAMAGED door and the best someone is willing to do for us is order another door and then we wait another 30 days is UNACCEPTABLE. No offer of major discount for of time and trouble. NEVER AGAIN

Bought two of these doors. The leaded glass insert failed. Dropped down. You can see the gap. Both doors same problem. This is a quality problem. Can't believe it is still offered for sale. Called company and sent them picture. They refused to stand behind the product. Would not recommend this door.

While I love the appearance of this door and have had many compliments, it has not proved to be durable and I was unable to secure assistance when I sought to get it repaired or replaced. When the door was about eight years old, the decorative glass and caming began to sag. Part of the beauty of this door are the straight lines and right angles; features which weren't present after the sagging. Even though I was still within the warranty period, I could get no assistance. I first tried Home Depot and was referred to Feather River, the manufacturer. I got bounced around there and never got to speak to anyone who would help me. I then spoke to another local dealer who promised to get me in touch with a factory representative, who never got back to me. I am replacing this now with a similar door from another manufacturer. I don't like it's appearance as well, but hope it will be more durable and that I get better support from the folks from whom I purchase it.

We bought this door, along with two matching side light windows about eight years ago. In under two years, the upper edge to the right side of the glass in the door where the lead caming surrounds the glass sagged down one inch and about 8" across to the right corner. This is sandwiched between two solid pieces of glass so it's not a big deal keeping weather out but it might compromise weatherproofing some in extreme conditions. It looks alright at the bottom and the middle of the glass but the top edge sags about one inch and is very noticeable. I don't know how it is able to do this and not effect the look of the rest of the leaded glass but if it does, it's not really noticeable. I just wanted to warn people of this being something that can happen with this door IF your door is a West facing door in hot weather states. I am in SW Florida and I believe the sun beating down on it in the hot afternoons contributed to this. I know someone who has this same door where I live but their door is South facing and has not sagged. I procrastinated and didn't go to Home Depot with this problem until too late so we're living with it. I would purchase it again and may some day, but next time keep an eye on the door and at first sign of failing, I would contact River Feather right away for a replacement door.

This door is more beautiful in person than the picture shows online. The price was great on sale for $668 (a price you can't beat) and the door is heavy and the frame has a new metal plate where deadbolt goes in to keep anyone from prying door which is a nice feature!

After years of thinking about which door style to purchase we went with this one. Install was fairly easy and door looks great, even the neighbors commented on how nice it looks now. It did take several more hours than planned but well worth the extra time needed.

I love this door . But I did have Warping, it's slight but still affects the way the door closes.. I have had this door for about 6 years. I loved it when I saw it and had to have it. I have talked to the Feather river people a couple of times and tried to explain that I need just the door and can use the glass I have but they just don't get what I'm taking about. Now I'm just looking for a door anywhere I can to put the glass insert in. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

This door looks great and was about half the price of the Pella door that we replaced and is heavier and made better than the Pella. Really nice modern design for the leaded glass. Several friends have already complemented us on how good the door looks. Door is airtight with jam and very easy to adjust spring loaded bar on entry plate to keep drafts out. We looked at many doors from home centers and independent door companies and nothing compared to this for this price.

I love this door. The design is just beautiful. It lets a lot of light in the entry area without any one being able to see inside the house. I didn't install it. so I don't know how easy it is to install.

I love this door!!! I can't describe how beautiful it is. The installation was done by professionals so I can't tell if it was difficult to install...I just know it's beautiful and I can't say enough nice things about it!
