Poorly constructed junk
Do not buy this door, fit and finish is horrible. When you think the door can't get any worse, wait until you call the warranty department and promptly greeted by a rude and condescending woman who talks down to you and blames the installation.

Caveat emptor! I ordered this because the door size is listed as 34x82 but what they shipped was 32x80. A call to Feather River Doors revealed that the size listed, 33.5 in. x 81.625 in., is the rough opening. They can custom make a 34x80 door but who knows how long that would take or how much more that would cost. My project was delayed several weeks as I returned this purchase and reordered from another vendor. How hard can it be to include an accurate size in the product description?

Sorry you were confused by the description but the description clearly shows the Actual Prehung Unit Size. The 34x82 is a Home Depot Issue, Not the manufacturers. If you read the description detail you would also notice it spells out the Nominal Size as well as Rough Opening Size. Door Spec: 32 in. x 80 in. Prehung Door, 4-9/16 in. Primed Jamb, Left-Hand Inswing, Fits Rough Opening of 34-1/4 in. x 82-1/8 in. So the 1 Star Rating should probably be based on the effort or time taken on really understanding what you ordered.
