Love this product...and love the company. I've used Fasade in a couple of applications and am very pleased. Besides a backsplash, I just added Fasade Quilted in Oil Rubbed Bronze to my laundry room. The Fasade is the centerpiece of a coat/shoe rack along one wall framed with MDF mouldings.

While the patterns appear to be the same between the 24X18 inch panels and the 4x8 foot sheets they are not! The 24X18 inch panels have a smaller pattern and is not compatible with the 4X8 sheets Now this was never claimed but it was not mentioned at all. I could go on. But I am out of space.

The pattern on the 4x8 sheet is larger than the pattern on the backsplash panel due to the size of the sheet and the way it is manufactured. I purchased this item to put in my vintage camper...
I purchased this item to put in my vintage camper kitchen to give it the retro aluminum diner wall look, however, what I thought would be aluminum is nothing more than heavy plastic, what a waste of $175.00.

Beautiful Product but can't take the heat
I purchased this product to use as a backsplash behind the cooktop in my kitchen. It was installed by a professional who followed the installation instructions to the letter. It went on nicely and looked great - HOWEVER - six months after installation it started to bubble up and pull away from the wall. It can not hold up against the heat from the gas burners. Basically it is a plastic product so this would make sense. I have since had it removed and I replaced it with ceramic tile which I should have done in the first place. I love the look of this product but would NOT recommend it for backsplash purposes behind a stove or cooktop.

Hello! I apologize for your inconvenience. Even though the backsplash panels are fire-retardant, they can be deformed by excessive heat (over 140 degrees Fahrenheit). The panels can be installed above or behind most stoves. Be sure to keep direct heat sources – toaster ovens, cooking burners, etc., a minimum of 3 inches away from the backsplash panel’s surface. Love it!
I'm so pleased with this purchase. I wanted this as a backsplash in an area of my kitchen that we were turning into a dedicated baking center. My husband and his brother spent about 2 hours installing it. He said it adhered quite well with construction adhesive. It seems a but pricey for plastic but it looks so good, I'm not complaining too much. Highly recommended.
