Used as a ceiling texture on a galley kitchen. It installed easily. Instructions were fine. Used box cutter to cut to size. Careful, don't cut finger like I did. Definitely a 2 person job for full sheets. Very flexible and very messy with the adhesive.

This was easy to put up... I did it by myself and I'm almost 70 years old. :) I used 2 sheets that I cut to fit (like wallpaper) I used Hard as Nails and 2 way tape to hold it in place, as I worked out the air, then for an added look I added decorative thump tacks in each corner to give it a unique look. ~I think it came out great and cost me less than 100.00 for the whole project.~

Loved this product much better than the less expensive brand because of the finish (shinier) and thickness of the vinyl (the other one seemed flimsy and felt the glue would show through). My only issue is a defect in the product. There were a few 'bubble' areas where the brushed nickel finish is not adhering to the vinyl product. Concerns are this will not last long as prolonged use may start to crack and the finish flake off. We do love how this looks on the ceiling. We just had to get more than we needed, cut out the defect sections (which we were able to do since we had to piece around the edges of the room) and then return the defects.

I'm not sure what makes these panels so expensive, although I suspect it has to do with the fire rating. But the price is definitely worth it in a small area like a backsplash or a bathroom ceiling. I installed the traditional 1 pattern (painted) in my bathroom. The panels cut pretty easily (it's a tough plastic material, I used a couple of passes with a utility knife against a straight edge). There are instructions for applying construction adhesive that worked fine for me. My ceiling is a little uneven, so there were a couple of places where I needed to wait for the adhesive to get a little tacky before it would hold the tiles up against the ceiling without me applying pressure. If any adhesive squeezes out just wipe it off. I've had these installed in a small bathroom as a ceiling covering for a couple of years now. I bought the paintable white color, not sure if I would actually paint it or not. After it had been installed for a couple weeks with the rest of the room painted, I ended up painting it to match the trim color in the room. It really looks great.

Easy to put up. looks great! We used it over a small area in our ceiling to cover up a water leak. Adds a nice decorative touch!

Love the look but was so hard to glue up.Could only do 6-8panels per day and had to do it every other day.

This is a wonderful product! It looks beautiful on the ceiling in the guest bath tub/shower area!!

If your room isn't square you will have a lot of trouble. Where the panels overlap they have a tendency to not fit flat and show a line Measure your room for square and work it accordingly

We are not quite finished with the installation of this product but so far, it looks really good. That said, it is a little tricky to install the ceiling in such a way that you won't see the obvious seams. The free edge of the panel has a shadow under it so you will have a shadow-line. Because of this, I am give it one less star. Install the panels so they overlap away from your entrance. If you go to another corner of the room, you are going to have seams. You just need to make sure that you don't have seams at your entrance otherwise it is the first thing you are going to see when you walk in the room. You might be able to get around this by putting glue to the edge of the tile but the you might have visible glue which could be worse.

I hate to go against the other reviewers, but for the cost of this product and considering it is plastic, it should be thicker in my opinion. I was shocked that these panels are about the thickness of a plastic milk carton. Actually, they may be thinner than that! I didn't gauge them, but I was very surprised at just how thin they were. I am sure it makes cutting them with scissors easier, in fact it's almost effortless to cut with scissors, but what about durability? For the price they are selling these at, surely they can afford to give you a little more plastic! I am afraid that a decent bump with anything remotely sharp will puncture these. They are so thin that I was very careful working with them, in fear that they might possibly break! This is my reason to rate it "average" quality. I can't honestly give it any higher rating than that since it is so thin! I rated the value at "fair" because $40 for a thin piece of plastic is probably over rating it. I really feel I have over rated it on both counts, but I am trying to be reasonable. I do love the appearance of the product and would probably buy it again, since it is about the only choice you have other than real metal, but I do feel it is something I will have to be very careful with.

The ceiling tile is pliable and easy to work with, and is perfect for my project. I was able to cut it with scissors, and it doesn't leave a sharp edge that can cut you. I used it to decorate the risers on the stairs to my second floor, and it is an interesting alternative to a more traditional, boring solution. I haven't needed to clean it yet, but I think it will be easily wiped down with a soft cloth and maybe some soap. The price was more than I expected to pay, however it's much cheaper than the tile I originally planned to use.

The overall look is great. Panels are thin. Gives the room a whole new look, other than just painted ceilings. Easy to cut and install.

We really like the look and ease of use. The ceiling tiles have definitely added value to our home!

I installed this for my bathroom ceiling. It adds a little charm to it. Looks awesome.

It was quick and easy. Everyone that looks at it states how beautiful it is..we are not real pleased with the price.

used these panels to accent a faux fireplace. very beautiful. looks like real metal. very lightweight and was easy to trim. used two sided tape to adhere to the backboard. was a little pricey but the end result was worth it!

I have the white panels in my bathroom. They were easy to install and you can't see the seams unless you really look for them. They are a glossy finish that looks clean and classy with my claw foot tub and pedestal sink.

These tiles were very easy to install using PL400 and were also very easy to cut. I would use the largest ones possible as they have less seams. I used them without any edging or center strips as they look great without the extras.
