Thank you for your recent purchase of our products. I apologize that our Hammered Decorative Wall Panel in Polished Copper did not fit all your installation needs. Our Polished Copper finish panels are manufactured with a clear protective film that is designed to be removed prior to installation. This is to prevent any damage to the panel that may occur in shipping. The panels are manufactured with a protective layer and are designed to be unaffected by normal wear and tear. However, the panels are made from a PVC material and can be damaged with too much direct force applied to them. The panel can be cleaned with simple soap and water, a mild degreaser at best. We do not recommend using any abrasive cleaners as is can damage the panel. All of our Fasade panels are made of a durable PVC material that has all the look of metal, with none of the difficulty to install and a fraction of the price. The panels are a no contractor needed DIY project you can do yourself, and the PVC material doesn't allow for corrosion or water damage to your installation. The panels are made from vinyl (PVC) material, these panels will not rust, corrode or stain and are hypoallergenic, resist mold, mildew and bacteria. Thank you for taking time to review our products. I apologize for dissatisfaction in your final installation of our 96 in. x 48 in. Hammered Decorative Wall Panel in Antique Bronze. The panels are manufactured with an overlapping lip on the top and right hand side of the panel to minimize the appearance of seams between panels, but the visibility of seams can become more apparent with certain styles or finishes. We do offer divider trim as an option to alleviate the seamed area of your installation.
