Simple and clean

High quality semi gloss finish. Installation was without chipping or cracking. Enjoyed convenience of not having to paint.

Matched other trim that was in the house

Overall, I thought this trim was quite good. Here are some thoughts: Pros: * Finish is very smooth (better than you could likely get with painting) and seems durable (is thick and doesn't flake) * Cuts easy and didn't split (when used with 16 gauge finish nails) Cons: * Cannot be easily painted (must use the color matched caulk that is sold at HomeDepot to fix blemishes) * HomeDepot.com doesn't list the amount in-stock on their website Other thoughts: * Will split if you attempt to use finish screws and don't pre-drill holes big enough. Instructions indicate that you shouldn't use finish screws but I don't see any issues in my experience provided you drill pilot holes. * HomeDepot.com indicates that the trim comes in 8 foot (96 inch) segments. The stock is much longer in the store (16 feet I believe) and needs to be cut to size.
