Nice little charger. It uses standard 110 voltage and plug. When you first plug it in it draws 7.5 amps or you can push a button after the charge starts to draw 12 amps. I was low on charge, so I took my charger to my destination and charged at my friend's house drawing 7.5 amps through a long, but good quality, extension cord.
Mine had a carry bag, and looks to be weather resistant. I only use it indoors (once I set it under the car in the rain).
Minuses: No mounting hook. I bought a hook for 2 bucks, you'd think they could have included one. Also, if you unplug the car, you have to unplug to reset the unit.

Good product - overpriced for what it is but less than others.
This product has performed well. It was pictured with a wall hanger in one illustration but no such hanger came with the device. I do not know if it was mistakenly left our of the package I received or whether the illustration was misleading.
These units are generally overpriced for what they are, regardless of manufacturer. This is one of the better values.

be prepared to wait 3 days for a full charge
Spend the money and go through Aerovironment for a real charger. Dont buy this one and have to wait 3days for a full charge and end up getting stranded
