I bought this vac a little over 4 years ago. It has been great. It is powerful and has never let me down until today. The battery just quit and will not charge. Unfortunately the battery in this model is not able to be replaced. That is my only reason for not rating it a 5 star.

So glad I have this vacuum. Great for quick cleaning battery last for about 1/2 hour will recharge in 2 hours. I just bought 1 for a friend as a gift.

At first. I was thrilled with this vacuum. It was light and easy to use and picked up everything! Not even 2 years later and its pretty much dead. No suction and very weak. This is my 2nd one! I thought the first one was just defective so purchased another because of how great it worked when new. What a waste of money. Do not buy!

Received a product that doesn't work for more than 6-7 minutes at a time. Also doesn't stand on its own must always place back onto the charging mount to stand it up. Makes it extremely annoying when you have to move furniture around and you have to place the vacuum on the floor because it doesn't stand on its own.
