Goes on very smooth,should make for easy clean up if you spill anything on it,looks great with a pretty good shine to it,only had it for about a month.

It is worth to buy the EPOXY SEAL ARMOR GRAY 921 5-GAL. CONCRETE AND GARAGE FLOOR PAINT very adhesive paint I love it...!

I used this on an indoor garage floor that had not been previously painted. I used only vinegar for oily spots and cleaned with a wet mop. Not other prep or primer. Worked great. I sprinkled the flakes after painting every 3x3 foot area (it has to still be very wet for the flakes to stick). The flakes help appearance a lot. Applies and cleans just like water-based flat paint. It applies thin and covered well (400 sq ft) on my 1979 concrete basement floor that was not very smooth like some garage floors nor excessively rough like a driveway. People were impressed with the improvement in the basement after painting the floor....and that was before adding drywall and drop-ceiling.

i applied this product when epoxy-ing my garage floor.. this was applied to my washed concrete garage that had been painted with simple outdoor paint and displayed hot tire pick-up and stains from the previos owner.. i thoughly washed and scrubbed the floor and removed any peeling paint and let air dry.. applied the Seal-Crete Lock Down primer to "bond" the epoxy primer to the floor and prevent hot tire pick-up.. painted everything on with a roller/extension.. primer was dry after 4 to 5 hours and good enough to walk on, but i wanted to wait 24 hours before applying my epoxy.. this product covered my 20 x 20 garage with a thin coat - needed two gallons to do two coats, first coat thin, second coat medium.. let first coat dry for 3 days, the second, 5 days.. also applied clear coat sealer, two coats, 24 hours between, and waited 5 days to drive cars into the garage, as directed.. not satisfied - after 1 month i have hot tire pick-up.. does not work as advertised.. it is also ridiculously slippery when wet or you have on shoes that are wet from walking on wet grass or simple slick bottom shoes.. i took great care/caution and followed directions religiously for application, as this takes a TON of time and money (130$ in all) and do not feel like it was worth it at all..

This paint covers really well and is easy to apply and cleans up with water. I added the non skid compound to the paint first them started painting. I have a large driveway and took a total of 15 gallons. I was impress on how well it covered. I highly recommend this product.

I have used Seal-Krete Epoxy Seal paint before and it was my first choice for the current project I am working on. I have every confidence that it will preform to my expectation, as before.I would rated it an excellent product.

Prepped it as listed step by step . 70 degrees outside and it was a new slab over 45 days old. It didn’t stick at all . I’ll go back to another brand .

Good coverage. Easy to apply. hard to mix & requires constant stirring while applying. Overall very satisfied.

It was way too thin I need about one more bucket but I'm buying it somewhere else

I used this to paint my concrete driveway after checking out a number of products. I primed it before painting. The estimate on the website of how much you will need, was way off. I had to order another 5 gallons. I was careful to follow the directions that were recommended on temperature, waiting for drying, etc. It looked really good after I finished in September. Then, as is the case in Pennsylvania, winter came. After the first snow in January, it started to chip and peel. That was basically the only major snow storm we got this year. By the end of winter the driveway looked awful. It looks worst than before I painted it. I am going to have to paint it again this year and rest assured, I will not be using any Seal Krete product.

Great product. Painted my driveway and looks great. Cleaned the driveway with clean water, etched, after 24 hours+ applied Lock Down concrete bonding primer and after 5 hours applied paint. Left it to cure for 7 days before started to park our cars on it. So far after 2 months of use paint looks like just applied. No tire pickups or any other signs of peel. At some point motor oil got spilled on it and used only a whet wipes to clean it. Nothing left and you cant't say oil was cleaned at the spot. A+ from me

Paint has hot tire pickup, after reading and following instructions to the tee. Before the purchase, called "SealKrete" and asked on how good product is, they guaranteed It would work for my shop, well its coming up!

Although packaging appeared to be adequate and shipping box marked do not tip or drop etc. I opened box and one of the cans had spilt inside the box.

Completed extensive prep work as recommended including acid washing the concrete floor....Product is garbage...it was peeling up in several different areas in a matter of days...Cant wait to see how it peels up over months or years..save your money and don't waste your time on this product. THEY SHOULD MAKE THIS IN AN OIL BASE!...The fact that this type of coating is water based I really should have known

This product is good for you to for garage floor.

I used the Seal-Krete epoxy on my basement cement floor. Some over bare some over previous oil based paint. I'm not driving cars on it and not interested in all the prep, just vaccumed and brushed on.

REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE EPOXY DID WHAT DIRECTIONS SAID TO DO AND EVEN SPENT A NUMBERS OF DAYS WITHOUT CAR IN THE GARAGE MY CAR WAS LEFT OUT FOR 2 WEEKS BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT TO BUY MORE PAINT AND THEN I BOUGHT THE SEALER AND WAITED ANOTHER WEEK ORDERED A GARAGE FLOOR MAT MADE SURE THE FLOOR HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO CURE TOLD 3 DAYS I WAITED OVER A 8 EIGHT, PLUS I DID ORDER THE FLOOR MAT WISH TOOK 4 DAYS TO GET FINALLY LAID DOWN MAT DROVE MY CAR IN, THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL TODAY I NOTICE I HAD TO MOVE THE MAT OVER SIX INCHES WHEN I PULLED THE MAT TO MOVE IT RIGHT WHERE THE TIRES WERE IT PULLED OFF THE EPOXY PAINT. WHAT A BUMMER.

If you follow the directions and prep like they instruct you to, this is a great product. No lifting of product and it looks great.

First, I had trouble w/the product delivery not once but twice with the chosen carrier. The your sealer took a long time to dry and I don't know if its because it was a basement floor which had been painted once. Secondly, it only comes in gray and I would have chosen sandstone due to my basement being that color. Hence, the color choice is a big issue on my part! That said, I would rate it a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10 however, I do like the shine
