This is a “caulkless” design where there are three panels for the shower and a tub. There is a horizontal seam that runs along the top of the tub where it meets the shower panels. It’s supposed to catch any water in a channel and drain it back into the tub. It doesn’t. Instead the water leaks via capillary action into the adjacent drywall. Nothing I’ve tried has fixed this. It’s a bad design. A one piece surround would not do this. I’d stay away from these units if you care about preventing water damage.

This is a beautiful addition to our bathroom. My contractor had it put up in no time and said it was really easy to install.

Great and sturdy bath / shower enclosure.. Went together quickly and easily. My only recommendation is if holes for faucet and shower / handle and head were predrilled for holes Tub ordered online and arrived with no defects or damage

product arrived in perfect condition. this was a concern as I live 120 miles from home depot. they are good about returns,but it is a long drive. this was a DIY project so good instruction were appreciated. unit went into a small bathroom, so having four sections made it easier to maneuver. it was easy to assemble in place then disassemble to fur out walls and do the plumbing. I like the idea of interlocking pieces and no caulking. finished project looks great. wife is very happy and proud of me.

We did a remodel of a small guest bath. We wanted a new shower tub combo with shelves incorporated without breaking the bank. This unit fit the bill. The tub is a bit narrower than I had imagined it but for a guest bath it's just fine.

Took two weeks to arrive to Omak, WA from the time of order. All items survived shipping. Installation of the tub and walls was pretty straight forward. Plumbing is always fun... overall recommended product. Time will tell if it lasts.

A beautiful, clean lined and classic tub. very sturdy and easy install. We look long and hard to get a simple, quality design for the price. We love it! highly recommend.

Missing factory install seals

Product is okay, but did arrive with mounting tabs broken. The surround panels have lots of extra molding material left over, this affects fitment of water channel and lower mounting tabs.

The Medley tub and wall set does look nice, I was very disappointed with the make it is very flimsy and feels cheap. I had to return on two occasions because of cracks. The set is very light weight and the edges crack easily. I have opted to spread a bed of mortar under the tub because I’m scared it will crack even though my floor is level. I bought this because it was middle of the road on price. I should have done more research regarding reviews. I am happy with Home Depot customer service in handling the returns and discounts. If I wasn’t to far along on my remodel, I would of checked for something else…

Shower walls are either not packaged adequately or handling is awful. Either way, original order arrived at the store and they called to tell me it was damaged and I wouldn't want it. Re-order would not arrive for a few weeks, but what choice did I have? Re-order arrived; I picked it up and opened it only to discover it too was broken. Re-order would not arrive for a month, so I ordered just the shower walls and it arrived... broken. This one was broken in such a way that it will not be visible once installed, but is the structural integrity compromised?

Overall I think the system was pretty good. The walls did come with a few small cracks at the bottom. Given the construction schedule, we didn't have time to get a replacement, so we installed what we had. Hopefully the cracks don't get larger over time.

Packaging of product is not sufficient for shipping across country.

The process of the order went totally awry. Needed a right hand drain. Waited five weeks to receive a left hand drain. Bought the correct one the next day at s local supplier and for less money. But the Sterling is a Great product. And install went very well. Would buy again

I have installed many of these for customers. They are a very good model for style, looks and durability. I really like the way they designed the walls to lock together when put together..The last one I ordered however, it had a small hole in the long wall. I didn’t return it because time was a huge factor so the customer allowed me to add a small modification.

Very pleased. Easy installation after you have done your job to prep the rough-in. I call it middle of the road. Not cheap and junky, but affordable and quality made.

Dimensions were exact. Easy to put together. Recommend predrilling the screw points to prevent cracking along the edges.

Good product overall. 2 minor cracks in the top of the back surround piece, not easily visible and shouldn't be a problem. We purchased it since we had one in another bathroom in the home with good results.

google will accept the guide lines. HOME DEPOT SUCKS!!!!! STERLING can't even take care of their problem no walls would not send them.

Easy install for the product and works well. Base was easy to level and clips were great for install.

Read the reviews about cracking issues out of the box but I liked the snap in place with no caulk feature so I purchased anyhow. About to return my 3rd set and will now move on. What a waist of time and energy.

This unit is not very strong and pieces break in shipping if they ever show up at all. Just try to get a replacement part

Like the ensemble very must. A great deal of functionality and it comfortable.
