This is the worst product and customer service ever < I purchased one and the screws fell out of the bracket to hold the fan motor in which destroyed the fan, I call up asking for replacement parts and I was told there are none seeing that they are discontinuing this unit they have no parts. I asked if you have no parts for this why are you still selling them at Home depot? The customer service person became rude and said we are trying to get rid of what we have left over.

From day one, this product delivered. Couldn't believe the output. Guess our other dehumidifier wasn't doing its job! First time purchased this brand, but really satisfied.

I was amazed how much moisture was in our home. This dehumidifier works wonders.

First time using water was blowing out the exhaust vent creating a puddle on the floor. The bucket had 1-2 inches in the bottom, for some reason it did not want to drain the collection tray into the bucket. Had to return product...Hisense was LOWsense

So far we are happy with this product. Our last dehumidifier lasted about 12 years. The last few years it was quite noisy but still worked. This one seems to be of good quality and is easy to operate. We haven't really used it on a regular basis because we haven't needed to yet. It appears to be good though.

I set it up per the directions-- pretty simple, just make sure the bucket is fully in. I wasn't using the hose option, so that was about it. It's leaking all over my floor due to condensation at the side vents. So it seems to be pulling a lot of water out of the air, but then it's just rapidly dripping onto the floor. I have had it for less than 24 hours. The manufacturer's Customer Service is closed on weekends, so hopefully I can return it to Home Depot without a hassle even though I purchased it online.

great product, somewhat loud but in basement where we don't spend lots of time. works great. shipped in 2 days from Home Depot.

I love this dehumidifier. Our terrace level smelled musty for most of the summer, and this dehumidifier took care of the problem in a very short time. I love that it automatically shuts off when it's full, it's quiet, it's attractive (as far as dehumidifiers go), and it works phenomenally well. The bucket is very easy to empty, and the unit slides around easily if you want to move it.

It works fine. Water container is a pain to get out. No handles to pull it from in the machine.

Have only been running this for a few weeks, but it has made a difference already. This is not a quiet unit, but works very well at pulling moisture out of the air. I bought this one due to good reviews and the fact that it has a lower minimum operating temperature than most.

Unit keeps the basement dry. I purchased it due to I use a indoor vent for my dryer and it seems to keep up with the dryers exhaust. It is fairly quite for a big unit. Item uses around 875 watts. Can be time delayed and has the humidity settings.

Received this product and I immediately put it to the test. It has been running as smoothly and as quietly as advertised. I used a small hose attachment so I didn't have to keep emptying the container. I would recommend this to anyone.

We bought this for garage because of low temp - works great so bought a second one for another space and it leaks water when you pull out bucket to empty. Returned and got another one - same thing. About 1/2 cup of water comes out on floor. Have not returned it yet because don't know if I should try again.

Provides the features I would expect; however, the fan does not shut off unless you turn the unit off.

I have been using this for a short period of time - about a month to be exact. It is very easy to use out of the box. I set it in a fairly large unfinished basement that showed to be 78% humidity. After 24 hrs there was a noticeable dryer feel in the basement and has been better and better since. Having the external drain has been one of my favorite features so that it can run constantly and not need emptying. I have been very impressed with this product so far!
