The handle labeled HOT was baked into the porcelain, the COLD had a cheap decal which promptly came off. I unscrewed the handle and turned the HOT around so now they are both just white porcelain. The included allen wrench to tighten the handles to the faucet was not the correct size for the set screws. I happened to have the correct size in my toolbox.

Handle broke off the faucet within 3 months of using it and sprayed water all over my bathroom causing a huge mess!! Love the look and style but quality was not good ☹️

Not sure if it's the product's fault but the cold handle isn't quite lined up right. My plumber did everything he could and seemed to think it was the cheapness of the product. I'm very happy with the style but after 2 years, I noticed the finish coming off of the facet. very disappointing....

Has the "heavyweight" feel and smoothness of valve operation usually associated with higher-priced faucets, only without the higher price. Don't have any way of knowing how it will perform over the long-haul, however, which is really the only way to judge a faucet.

The look is just what I wanted and it works smoothly, but only one week since installation is too soon to rate performance, reliability and durability.
